Jinlongshan stibonium-gold deposit of Shaanxi Province is located in thin clastic-carbonate rocks of the late Devonian Nanyangshan and lower Carboniferous Yuanjiagou groups in the Zhenxun basin of south Chinling, which is controlled by faults,minor-axis anticlines and benifical lithologies,and equally displays a lateral Au-Hg-Sb zone distribution. Based on tectonic setting,ore stratum,ore trace elements,REE distribution and S、Pb、C、H、O isotope analysis,ore minerals and fluids are considered to be from low metamorphic chemical sedimentary and carbonate clastic rocks under Mesozoic tectonic mechanism,obtained mineral elements from ore-hosted and underlying strata,then moved and deposited ore minerals in ore-related faults,finally,formed superlarge Jinlongshan gold deposit,with a byproduct of stibonium.
Jiaojia is the biggest gold ore field in the northwest region of Jiaodong.Based on the brief overview of the regional tectonic setting,and combined with the gravity anomaly,gravity extension characteristics and analysis of the ore field structure of Linglong granitic complex,this paper discusses the morphological characteristics of Guojiadian mantle branch structure and its controlling role in the mineralization.In this paper,the multi-stage evolution of the mantle plume connects the deep mineral sources.A series of ductile-brittle shear zone, developing in the peripheral detachment of the Guojiadian mantle branch structure,control the deposits distribution of the Zhaoyuan-Pingdu district.According to study the gold ore-controlling structures,ore distribution,vertical extension and alteration characteristics,summarized the gold mineralization of Jiaojia,and pointed out the direction of further exploration in this area.
Xunke-Jiayin area in the northern Xiaoxing’anling-Zhangguangcailing metallogenetic zone is famous gold mine area in China.Tuanjiegou,Pingdingshan gold deposits were be found in 20 century and Dong’an,Gaosongshan gold deposits were found in recent years.It indicate that Xunke-Jiayin area has a good metallogenic prospecting.Xunke-Jiayin area is forest cover area,which is difficulty to do geological exploration.We analyzed Tuanjiegou,Gaosongshan,Pingdingshan,Dong’an typical gold deposit geological characteristics and controlling factors,summarized regional ore prospecting marks,such as geotectonic,magmatic,Sub-ore alteration,fault structure,geochemical anomalies,remote sensing,divied Dong’an-Gaogangshan,Wuyun-Gaosongshan,Qianwei-Yishanlin-chan,Jieyuanlinchan-Jinshanlinchan,Liushuh-Tuanjiegou-Zhangsangou metallogenic forecasting area,which makes reference for future resource potential assessment.
In order to verify the prospecting validity of the integrated electro-chemical technology in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau permafrost.This paper carried out the feasibility of concealed Pb and Zn mining and prospecting predition using the electro-chemical intergration technology in Tuotuohe Duocaima mining area of Qinghai Province.The study proved electro-chemical integrated technology is feasible to find buried lead and zinc in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau permafrost,on this basis,carried out prospecting for prediction to deep of Qinghai Tuotuohe Duocaima Pb,Zn mining area,and found more electro-chemical anomalies and geological ore-forming conditions analysis, delineation of ore prospects No.Ⅰ and No.Ⅱ target,pointed out the direction for prospecting in the area.
Based on the orebody geological characteristics,geological conditions and geophysical magnetic anomalies analysis,this paper achieved the purpose of guiding mineral exploration work and predicted the prospecting direction.Through the analysis of structural characteristics,stratigraphic correlation,and geophysical magnetic anomalies in the region,pointed out the study area is located in the ubduction zone in north of Machaoying fault.The promotion taked place in the stratum from south to north and from low to up,which promoted the ore-fearing stratum from deep to shallow.There exists two ore-fearing stratum,Zhaoanzhuang Group and Tieshanmiao Group,and formed two rion deposit types,Zhaoanzhuang type and Tieshanmiao type.Deposit formation is closely related to the volcanic eruption,and is deposited in the role of surface water after sorting.According to the characteristics,proposed that Wuyang Iron Ore mineralization is one of large deposits of partial resistance,which has great potential for the prospecting in the deep.To the current geological prospecting,predicted the amount of resources in this area.
East Kunlun metallogenic belt in Qinghai Province is an important metallogenic belt,including precious metals,non-ferrous metal and black metal.Goluolongwa gold bed is a ductile shear zone type gold deposit located in the east section of Eastern Kunlun Orogenic belt,which is another important economic value gold deposit discovered recently,7 gold mineralized bodies have been discovered until now,and it has a considerable potentiality for prospecting.By research on the geological characteristics,metallogenic regularity and potential analysis,it is considered that Guoluolongwa gold deposits are pyrite-dominated sulphide quartz vein and sulphide altered rock type.The alteration of wall-rocks in the deposit includes silicification,pyrite,and chloritization.According to the altered characteristics,the gold deposits shear system posses quartz vein type and thin vein ore-forming series,which is significant for ore-prospecting in the depth and periphery of this area.
Xingfucun gold deposit,located in the Bayunerbo to Shangdu metallogenic belt at the western section of north margin of North China platform,and the gold orebodie mainly exist in the Bayunerbo group Bilute fabric phyllite,in southern limb of the Erligetu overturned syncline. Through study on ore controlling factor from stratigraphic formation,tectonic movement and magmatic activity etc.,we think that the gold ore-body is formed under the integrated function of strata,fractures and magmatic rocks,namely stratum is ore bearing layers.while structure played ore conducting function and the magmatic activity provided heat source and possible ore liquid or dynamic force.Combining with the analysis of deposit geological features,comparing regional different gold deposits,the genesis of Xingfucun gold deposit is attributed to the meso-epithermal type of gold deposits hosted by low-grade metamorphic rock.We initially establish the ideal mineralization model of the area based on the analysis of the mineralization, and we suggest that further prospecting work should focus on the area of north-dipping direction, especially area near the core where is the favorite part of mineral enrichment and mineralization.
Quartz is the most developed gangue mineral in the gold ore deposit,passing through entire mineralization process as one of the main minerals which contained gold.Besides the residual protogenic quartz,massive deuterogenous quartz was formed in the mineralization process.Therefore,it is extremely essential to research the typomorphic peculiarities of quartz in the gold ore prospecting appraisal.This paper systematically dealt with the morphological peculiarities,impurity elements,lattice parameter,thermoluminescence,and infrared spectrum of quartz samples from the gold deposit.The results show that fine gold-bearing quartz accreted with granule dissemination pyrite and sericite closely,which took on granule xenomorphic crystal,smoky gray and obviously breaking phenomenon,contained higher levels of impurity elements such as K、Na、Au、Cu、Pb、Zn along with higher a0 and lower c0/a0,the thermoluminescence curves of quartz were complex and diversed with high peak and large integrated intensity,infrared spectrum took on high absorption peak near 3 400 cm-1 and 2 350 cm-1,with DH2O>1,and the highest DCO2.These features can be used to find gold prospecting in quartz vein zones.
The study area is located in Shilichangling area of northern Daxing’anling,which belongs to the Walali-Beixili iron and gold mineralization branch of Eerguna-Xing’an metallogenic belt,having superior geological conditions.This area shows good prospecting that many gold and polymetallic deposits have been found in it.According to the difference in stratigraphy,structure,magmatic activity and mineralization,the study area was divided into 3 mining areas(belt),gold and silver mineralization belt in Fulixi to Walali,gold and copper metallogenic belt in Dou’anshan to Phoenix and copper polymetallic mineralization belt in west of Shilichangling.The prospecting orientation were pointed out(belt) based on the study about the distribution law of known mineral in each metallogenic area(belt),summaried and analyzed the relationship between stratigraphy,tectonic,magmatic and the metallization in the area,and give a direction for geological prospecting work in the future.
Ravine System Rock Debris Survey method is an unformal soil geochemical exploration method,its sampling medium is sediment and rock fragments.In mineral resources investigation and appraisal,you can quickly check the exception of 1∶200 000,1∶50 000 stream sediment,soil anomalies,it has a rapid,economic,accurate delineation of mineralization range.In order to narrow 1∶200 000 sediment survey abnormal,and concentrate anomaly concentration center effectively,using ravine system rock debris survey delined a largest molybdenum lead zinc comprehensive anomaly rapidly,one molybdenum ore body was found after checking.It shows that Ravine System Rock Debris Survey method and its technical indicators are very useful in Alpine arid Erosion desertification landscape area of Qaidam Basin margin,it plays a very good role in prospecting exploration,and has a potential significance.
By investigating on the joints and fissure in Sizhuang mining area of Jiaojia gold deposit,the altitude and average spacing of joint fissure of the hanging and footing wall were obtained,and the data were statistically analyzed.Using CSIR rock quality evaluation method,the rock quality index RQD was calculated by the joints density.The rock integrity coefficient was used to represent the strength of rock masses by calculating the RMR whose magnitude could indicate the stability degree of rock masses,and predicted the stope span and their stability time.The results show that more fissures develop in surrounding rock on the plate than in the orebody and footwall surrounding rock, and the rock mass strength is more influenced by the distribution of joints when the joints have angle of 30° to 75°;orebody and footwall of surrounding rock are stable,while surrounding rock on the plate has poor stability.Because of the poor stability of the surrounding rock in No.7-2 orebody,Sizhuang mine area,timely effective support is needed to limit the surrounding rock deformation and failure after exposing;Due to decreasing of surrounding rock with the decreasion of the ground elevation, stope needs timely support to ensure the safety of operations when exposed to deeper ore body.This study can be used as an important reference for optimizing of mining stope structural parameters and analyzing of its stability,and is essential value to safe production.
Mining Method of mill-run tailing filling is a relatively mature technology.The key of the method is how to apply the technology.At present,the pillarless caving is used in Xiadian Gold which is applicable for stability and heavy orebody,but not for the corner orebody or broken orebody.In order to solve the problem of high ore loss,dilution rate and low security of the corner or broken orebody mining,to mine more ore efficiently and safely,to take advantage of limited mineral resources and meet a substantial increase in the processing plant.Xiadian Gold selected multiple stope,by practicing,analysising carefully and adjusting the parameters,obtained multiple sets of valid and reliable data, and ultimately developed a simple,effective and practical mining method of horizontal stratified entrance-filling of tailing, acquired a corking economy benefit.Mining is a subject with good practical character.Every mining method may supply each other and learn from others's strong points to offset one's weakness.Being a supplementation to other mining methods,the mining method is introduced in this paper with a good value of application.
The shallow of Wangershan mining is limited by a subjective condition,cannot achieve access recovery with scrapers.Because of the No.I-2 orebody broken,the mining efficiency is low.After many mining method optimization,and based on the existing projects,studied and applied “the upward horizontal fan drift mining method” recovery mode.Using local super strong support and taking cementation top filling to solve the difficulties of second access recovery milestones and mining exposure space and landslides mining.This process in practice, first of all,reserving a way back into the mined-out area as far as possible,which is for the other path to reduce the labor intensity of mud after filling silt cleaning space.Furthermore,adopting two steps of the closed road to prevent leakage of slurry phenomenon.And taking the tiberium spikes,etc to ensure top safety.This method can improve the production efficiency and meet the requirements expansion.The mining technique has large application value.
Cangshang mining district of Sanshandao gold mine is an alteration-type gold deposit formed in low-middle tempreture hydrotheromal filling riftzone,whose fissure is rather complex.Rocks are so unstable that once detonation wave of emulsion explosive run into these structures,echoattenuation comes into being,resulted in the increases of boulder frequency as well as loss dilution.From seven aspects of theory and practice, the reason of revetment, islet,bedrock and block produced in explosive of fissure ore-rock with multiple joints was analyzed based on the physical situation in excavation plant. Appropriate solution was proposed by changing the explosice metarials type, perforation direction,and the detonation way.The boulder frequency was decreased from 11% to 1%, and the loading efficiency increased by 21.2%.The 10% of processing ore amount was more than that original without any additional devices,which can bring significant economic benefits, and is of general significance.
The determination of gold in ore samples was sealed dissolved by aqua regia and extracted by thiourea solution after foam enrichment,and then was measured by FAAS.The main influencing factors were discussed,such as the acidity of foam enrichment,temperature of enrichment,time of enrichment and the concentration of thiourea solution,time of disengagement etc.The best conditions was obtained through the experiment.The foam enrichment was compared with activated carbon enrichment,and sealed dissolution was compared with opened dissolution.The sealed dissolution-foam enrichment is convenient,fast,low-cost,easy to operate and the result is accurate,the interference element is fewer.The detection limit of this method is 0.02 mg/L,RSD is in the range of 0.80%~ 4.71% and the recovery of standard addition is 98.6%~101.8%.The method was applied to the determination of national standard reference materials and the results are in agreement with the certified values.
With the deepening of the mining,the gold ore grade has a declining trend in a gold mine of Qingdao,to deal with this situation,proposed to extension and reformed the mine beneficiation system,and achieved the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increment.Through process inspection and the equipment renewal, following the principle of “less investment and quick results”,taking full advantage of the capacity of existing equipment to get a greatly improvement in the beneficiation processing capacity with less investment of adding only a small mill.After transformation,beneficiation processing capacity is greatly improved,grinding processing handling capacity increases from 180 t/d to 280 t/d,the cost per ton decreases from 34.75 yuan/t to 32.53 yuan/t,and economic benefits reaches 2.8 million per year.The transformation is a typical application example of the“more crushing less grinding” in the production,has a certain reference for process re-engineering in the old beneficiation system.
Horizontal press filter is widely used in gold concentrator,but in some demanding gold processing plants for the cake moisture or filtrate turbidity,horizontal filter press beyond its power.Vertical automatic filter press,which is rarely used in dewatering process,with no more mature application experience and case in gold concentrator.Because of its function and the effect,it has the possibility to be a substitute for horizontal press filter in the process of dehydration, pressure filtration, and washing. In this paper,based on the introduction about the structure and operation principle advantage in the gold concentrator of the vertical automatic filter press,using a series of application data in Shandong Gold production,and compared the solid-liquid separation capability of vertical automatic filter press with conventional equipment,analyzed its application effectiveness.The results show that the automatic vertical pressure filter has lower cake moisture content than conventional filter press,and with excellent technology indicators in dehydration and cyanide washing process of flotation products,its value is more prominent, especially in the higher solid-liquid separation requirements processes,through introducing automatic vertical filter press, Shandong Gold concentrator has economic returns of 2.901 million yuan per year.
