Application of Normally Closed-type Anti-running Car Device of Inclined Shaft in Jiaojia Gold Mine

Abstract:

Inclined anti-running car device is an important part of the mine inclined transport,it directly impact on the safety and efficiency of mining production.Against presence safety hazards of decoupling,off ropes of the normally open type tramcar in the inclined enhance transport process.Jiaojia gold mine introduce FCX type normally closed inclined anti-running car device,and has been tried in the -270 m middle blind inclined and southerly wells,and achieved a good result.By introducing the structure and working principle of the device,combined with the practical application effect analysis,we think that the device has high degree of automation,basically realized digital monitoring,it has digital display of failure alarm and enhance speed.At the same time,the maintenance and repair workload of the device is small,and improve labor efficiency,so it has a better application prospecting.
