    Nacheng silver-gold polymetallic deposit is discovered in Yangchun area,Guangdong Province.The prospecting works of the deposit were strengthened by using the method of route geological investigation,structure mapping,deposit investigation and rock geochemistry.The geological characteristics of mineralization are summed up.Firstly,the Sinian Yunkai Group and the Cambrian Bacun Group are the main ore-bearing strata,and the formation of the deposit in Sinian is bigger than in Cambrian,as the Ag in Sinian is higher.Secondly,the tectonic is relatively complex,and is an anticline in the whole mining area,whose north wing with low temperature element assemblage characteristics and south wing with middle temperature element combination characteristics,which reflect that the fold is uplift in the south wing and fallen in the north wing.Therefore,the buried depth in the north wing is greater than in the south wing.Thirdly,in the outcrop place of the Mesozoic intrusive rocks and the Caledonian banded migmatite which is the Muscovite-sericite unequigranular metasandstone,the mineralization can be better.However,the mineralization is generally not good enough in the outcrop place of the biotite K-feldspar granite which is fragmentation-mylonitized and renders porphyraceous.

    Summarization about the geological characteristics and metallogenic geological conditions of the supermicrograin-type gold deposit in northwest of Guangxi provided the theoretical support for using DPIS software for comprehensive information metallogenic prediction in the area.The informative color chart and the informative isogram would be generated by using DPIS software to extract mineralization favorable geological information,screening useful prospecting indicator in stratigraphy,structure,geochemical anomalies and metal ores,and statistical forecasted for the amount of information in northwest Guangxi gold deposit.Based on the statistical results of the amount of information,three A grade ore prospecting area,two B grade ore prospecting area and three C-class ore prospecting areas are delineated.The authors outlined the geological characteristics and the prospecting direction for the future in every ore prospecting areas,and specified the direction for looking for the supermicrograin-type gold deposit in northwest Guangxi in the future.

    The ore-forming characteristics of Hulugou gold deposit was studied based on analyzing of its metallo-genic geology background and geology features.It is found that the orebodies of Hulugou gold deposit mainly occurred as the vein and lenses;Ore minerals are mainly pyrite and galena,chalcopyrite,sphalerite,gangue minerals are mainly potassium feldspar,quartz;Ore texture mainly are xenomorphic and hypidiomorphic,euhedral crystal and crushing structure,ore structure are dominated by massive and cataclastic structures;Wallrock alterations near the orebody are silicide,potassium,pyritization and silk lithification.Besides,through the analysis of characteristics of rare earth elements in mining area,the article comes to the conclusion that the material of Hulugou gold deposit is derived from Taihua Group,Archaeozoic erathem,which belongs to the occurrence in the old metamorphic rock of middle to low temperature quartz-vein type and fractured altered rock-type gold deposit.

    In the early 1970’s,Carlin-type gold deposits theory was introduced into China from the United States of America.Soon,geological workers found clues and explored some small classical Carlin type gold deposits in the northwest and southwest regions by combining this theory with Chinese geological reality.From that time on,the prelude for Carlin type gold deposits was opened in mainland China.1970s to 1980s is the stage of cognition about the Carlin type gold deposits,during this period,the scholars did more systematic research on the deposits,the deepening of deposit theory and cognition were promoted obviously.Through gold exploration and research,workers became more and more clear and established the connotation of Carlin type gold deposits,improved the understanding and correct ideas,several cases of classic Carlin type gold deposits were found and explored.The turn from the 1990s to the beginning of 21 centuries,exploration and research of Carlin type gold deposits got into the harvest time.And then,on the basis of improving connotation of Carlin type gold deposits,some large,medium-sized Carlin type gold deposits had discovered which were redefined as the Carlin-like type gold deposits.At that time,there are Carlin and Carlin-like type gold deposits in China,which distribute in groups or belts,with clear ore control factors and stability metallogenic regularity,and constituted the northwest,southwest two world scale Carlin and Carlin-like type Golden Triangle ore belt.The research and exploration have gone into rational stage since 21 century,some super-large Carlin type gold deposits were explored successfully in succession,Yangshan deposit is a sign of it,which belongs to Carlin and Carlin-like composite type.At this time,study on the geological background,formation conditions,control factors,origin and metallogenic regularity of the type deposits has become more systemic,perfect and well-rounded.

    Qingshuiquan gold deposit is located in the west of gold and polymetallic ore belt,Kalamaili metallogenic belt in eastern Junggar,and outputted between Qingshui-Sujiquan big break and Kalamaili deep faults.In this region,the violent tectonic activities and the secondary faults and fracture development which constitute a strongly altered cataclasite zone mainly along northwest direction.Magmatic activity is frequent.Laoyaquan rock is distributed in the north and showed rock foundation appearance,which is powerful heat source for the migration of activated metals enrichment in the region.Outcropping strata are mainly middle Carboniferous Qingshui Formation which is a shallow metamorphic rock,has accepted the latter strongly deformed and metamorphosed,and developmental the boudin and shear fold.Qingshuiquan gold deposit is a broken altered rock-quartz vein type deposits.Ore bodies are banded and lenticular which occur in the secondary structure group intersected at nearly EW main structural system.Ore enrichment is uneven,its morphology,distribution and mineralization enrichment controlled by the stratigraphy and structure closely,and also related to the magmatic activity.It is the main prospecting for the gold-bearing geological,the tectonics and dikes and the alteration.

    The copper-polymetallic deposit in Chayong area is located in the Tongtianhe copper,lead,zinc mineralization subzone in Indo-chinese epoch of the north of Sanjiang copper polymetallic ore belt,Qinghai Province,and the tectonic position is Kekexili-Jinshajiang suture belt whose age is the Late Paleozoic-Early Mesozoic.It is an important ore-controlling structure for the NW-trending faults in the intense tectonic activity area.Through systematically carrying out the 1∶50 000 stream sediment survey and 1∶10 000 soil survey works,the author comprehensive analyzed the geological and geochemical characteristics,comprehended the distribution of elements and the combined features,and delineated the mineralization target in the area.Finally,combined with the geophysical methods,the morphology,shape and size of the orebodies were initially identified.Studies have shown that the area has good geological conditions,mineralization potential,and good prospecting potential.

    The prospecting effect isn’t good and a single method have no effect due to the thick cover in Nangetan ore area.In order to find out the extension of the known copper-iron ore veins and understand the distribution and extension of copper-iron ore veins in west coverage area,high accuracy magnetic survey and IP intermediate gradient survey were conprehensively used for propecting,and three magnetic  anomalies and two IP anomalies were delimited.These magnetic anomalies are processed with reduction to the pole and continuation.Drilling holes were used to test magnetic anomalies Z3-1,Z3-2,Z3-3,IP anomaliy ηs-1 and skarn belt.Among seven drilling holes, four reached copper-iron ore bodies and one reached lead-zine ore body.By contrasting the relationship of these anomalies and holes which reached ore,this paper conclude that polymetallic deposit can cause magnetic and electric anomalies.It proves intergrated methods having synergic effect and worth spreading.

    The basic principle and method of optimizing the exploration grid with geostatistics methods are discussed.Taking Jiaojia gold mine for an example,using SURPAC software establishes the gold deposits three-dimensional models,combining with sample data of drilling and groove,using the ordinary kriging methods to estimates gold grade valuation and reserve.Orebody spacing occurrence and ore grade distributions are showed visually,and their variation laws are analyzed and evaluated.Optimum exploration grid is simulated according to valuation variance function of exploration grid and mesh configuration.These methods are applied actually in the middle of the deep mines,and provide reliable geologic information for mining design.

    ICP-OES has been widely used in all kinds of sample analysis in geological laboratory,because the method has the characteristics of rapid determination,high accuracy and multi-element simultaneous determination.This work uses HNO3-HF-HClO4 digestion sample to determine the major,minor and trace elements of soil samples and stream sediment samples by ICP-OES in 5% regia solution.The accuracy and precision are improved by improving dissolving method,selecting analysis spectral line,setting background deduction locationand optimizing instrument operating parameters.Through analysis and verification of national standard substance,the measured values are consistent with the standard and the precision is less than 5%.The method is simple and rapid processing,having the advantages of less reagent consumption,wide linear range,good analysis reproducible and meet analysis requirements of regional geochemical survey samples of complex matrix composition.The method was applied to the analysis of soil and stream sediment samples of Qinghai Province and achieved remarkable results.

    With the rapid development of technology and economy,the production of mineral resource is increased,but the traditional mining development mode only focus on mineral development,production and economic benefit,and often ignores the protection of the ecological environment,that making the mining area ecological environment worsening.In this background,combined with the practice of ecological mining industry for Shandong Gold Group,the connotation of ecological mining and the necessity and urgency of the construction of ecological mining were discussed.By conversion mining development mode,updated development concept,insisted technological innovation and improving the ecological compensation mechanism,a modern mining development mode is proposed which are conserve resources,clean production and recycling of waste by multiple levels.Finally,it can be achieved for the coordinated development between mineral resources development and ecological and environmental protection.

    The article analysis the 4L-20/8 air compressor operation condition,made the practical air and the compressed air dynamic matching,realized the motor speed stepless adjustment,stop the motor under no-load running,and made gas production as improved conditions for intelligent control of air compressors.Intelligent control method use the computer-controlled management system,using a set of intelligent control systems to drive multiple 4L-20/8 air compressor to achieve a drag and more control,and install a pressure sensor in the tank pressure pipe,then control the regulation of air compressors.The success of the intelligent control transformation of the 4L-20/8 air compressor system is very important and has a broad application prospect,which provides a new means for enterprises to save energy and improve economic efficiency for the type of energy to run the air compressor.

    One technique of extracting gold from carbonaceous gold ore has been intended,which pretreated ore samples using the ammonia-kerosene mixed system,and made soluble copper become to be copper ammonia complex.It enables the carbon in ore samples adsorbed kerosene and passivated,and eliminated the gold adsorption in carbon’s cyanide leaching process.In the presence of leaching aid (H2O2) and using CaO and NaOH as the pH value regulator respectively,the cyanide leaching rate of gold has reached 96.01% and 97.79%.There are good economic and social benefits.

    As the impact of the copper and the chalcopyrite and pyrite inclusions of gold,the copper-gold concentrate which is the output of a mining flotation was cyanided directly,and the recoveries of gold and copper were very low.Although the problem  can be solved by using pyrometallurgical processes dealing with the concentrates,but that cause environmental pollution and other issues.The copper-gold concentrate comprehensive recovery process was studied,which extracting copper from copper-gold concentrate using the process of ultra-fine grinding-hot leaching-extraction-electrowinning,extracting gold from leach residue using sodium thiosulfate method,recovering elemental sulfur using kerosene dissolved.The process has a lot of advantages,such as high recovery of valuable metals and environment friendly.The recovery rate of copper,gold and sulfur are up to 95%,98% and 99% respectively.

    The rude ore of a low grade mixed copper ore is a low grade and high oxidation rate copper ore,which with a grade of 0.32% and an oxygenation efficiency of 50.73%.To take full advantage of the partial copper resources and against the characteristics of mixed copper ore,the article conducted the copper sulfide flotation firstly,and then conducted activation and copper oxide flotation by the process of one roughing,three refining and one scavenging.A series of condition tests have been conducted,and the closed-circuit tests which based on the optimal parameters of condition tests can obtain the copper concentrate with a grade of 18.58%,recovery rate of 77.55% and associated gold recoveries of 70.67%.The flotation indexes are satisfactory.The technological process and reagent system are simple,adaptable and easy to realize commercial production.

    Mineral processing and extractive metallurgy of gold ores are largely driven by their grade,reserve and gold deportment.The concentration of gold in the crust is extremely low and highly variable,resulting ore variability in many gold deposits.More importantly,gold in a deposit may occur in two or three forms,making gold ore processing extremely challenging.The goal of gold geometallurgy is to reduce and minimize the technical risk through representative sampling and subsequent mineralogical and metallurgical testwork.It is a technique to document variability within an orebody and quantify the impact of many factors including geology and mineralogy on grinding, flotation,leaching and metal recovery processes.

    Having been repeated used in carbon-in-leach plant,the actived carbon’s activity decreased significantly,to find out the cause,author study on gold loaded actived carbon microstructure by optical microscope,SEM and other means.The microscopic study shows that lots of calcite exists in the carbon surface,the surface and near surface pores,and the content of calcite has a decreasing trend from the outside to the inside,and the copper adsorption mainly happened in carbon empty pores and non pore.The biggest factor that affecting the activated carbon’s iodine value is the calcium content,followed by copper content.According to the activated carbon adsorption and desorption principle,and the study on gold loaded actived carbon,the authors proposed the methods to improve the properties of active carbon.

    Topographic observation and composition determination for Shuiyindong pyrite in Guizhou Province were conducted by making use of scanning electron microscope and electron probe.The results show pyrite have multifarious morphology such as strawberry hemangioma,cube,pentagonal dodecahedron and colloidal,etc,which pyrite of pentagonal dodecahedron and colloidal contain gold and indicate some relationship with the content of arsenic.Discussing the situation of gold coming into pyrite lattice with the using of quantum chemistry calculation and the dense packing powder theory,the phenomenon of gold coming into lattice in the form of Au+and replacing S position more easily than Fe position was discovered.It is effortless for Au+entering lattice,when pyrite contain arsenic,but it doesn’t mean gold content is directly proportional to arsenic content.With a detection limit,while there is more arsenic,there is more arsenic,but without the arsenic limit,gold is not so easily to enter into the lattice as the former case.

    Pingding gold ore,which containing high level of carbon,arsenic(orpiment and(or) realgar),is a refractory gold.Its gold extraction ratio is very low by common treatment process.The gold extraction ratio increases up to 92% after treating by pressure oxidation of ammonia leaching process,invented by authors.By adding sulfur, realgar could convert to orpiment in ammonia,and could dissolve in ammonia and be removal.At last,an insoluble sulfur film formatted by arsenic removal on gold ore particle oxidizes by Cu2+ catalyst.The costs of equipment and operation are significantly reduced than those of traditional pressure oxidation process because of its ammonia environment.Profitability could be achieved within two years.

    Researches on copper removal from high-copper gold-loaded carbon using acidic solution with a kind of catalyst were demonstrated in this article.With the catalytic oxidation technique,the removal rates of copper and calcium reach 85%,while gold hardly stripped.Copper removal solution can be manifold cycled,and then copper can be effectively recovered by extraction.The desorption and smelting problems of high-copper gold-loaded carbon were efficiently solved.This process has the advantages of simpler flow,lower investment,better benefits,less pollution and higher metal utilization level.Consequently,this process has achieved cleaner production,environmental friendly,energy conservation and cyclic utilization.Its application value is promising.

    The wastewater containing heavy metals mostly was treated through alkali chemicals processing traditionally,which generally has the problem of higher processing costs and recovery the valuable resources hardly.In this article,we introduced the membrane separation process applied in the Zijinshan gold-copper mine with the treatment of copper-bearing acid mine drainage.The process of initial coagulation sedimentation-fibre filtration-filtration -ultrafilitration-reverse osmosis-recovery(water and copper) was adopted.For the non-compliance of pretreatment,the low flux and the membrane fouling in the original process,the operational processes and the pretreatment processes were optimized.The operating results show that the technique is suitable for the large-scale application in mine and conducive to the development of the circular economy of mine.

    The 1 200 t/d cyanide plant of Shandong Gold Refinery,which used the technique of flotation-cyanidation-flotation,has realized not only the comprehensive recycling of polymetallic resource but also cyanide and water recycling.It has be used in cyanide plant for the vertical mill (tower mill),the leaching tank of air agitation,the vertical filter press,the on-line monitoring analyzer and other new equipment of mineral processing.The whole technique has realized the automation and information controlling,and also provide the production practice for the green and harmless production and the frontier technology of automatic controlling in gold smelting industry.

    A pilot plant test and production factory of the new process for oxidation acid leaching (COAL)which is built in Zhaoyuan,Shandong Province,is summarized.Under the condition of 0.4 MPa oxygen pressure and 100 ℃,refractory gold concentrate containing arsenic would be leaching by this process.Lower operating pressure and temperature results in equipment simplification and operation easily.The costs of infrastructure investment and maintenance are significantly reduced than those of traditional pressure oxidation process.100 m3 pressure leaching autoclave is designed on the base of results obtained in small experiments.Their results confirm that recovery rate of Au and Ag reach 93%~95% and 92%~96%,respectively,which is agree with the small experiment results.This process could also apply to gold concentrates containing high level of arsenic and carbon after adjustments of operating parameters.

    In this paper,the extraction of gold from refractory gold concentrates ores by single factor and continuous biooxidation-cyanidation CIL process,and the influences of particle size of the gold ore,pulp concentration,biooxidation time,pH value and aeration rate were investigated.The results of biooxidation and cyanidation CIL showed that pulp concentration,biooxidation time and aeration rate were the main influence factors.The oxidation and the extraction efficiency of the gold ore by single bioreactor and continuous biooxidation -cyanidation CIL process both higher than 95%,when the gold ore biooxidation under the conditions:-0.034 mm was about 75%,pulp concentration was 14%,biooxidation temperature was 45 ℃,aeration rate was in the range of 0.25~35 m3/h·L-1,biooxidation gold ore time was 7 to 8 days.

    Biological oxidation-leaching experiments of refractory gold concentrate containing high sulfur was carried out.The relationships of leaching rate of gold with the process parameter of pulp density,pH value,the reaction temperature,grinding fineness,oxidation time were studied by experiment,and the oxidated  liquid was under the reuse treatment.Under the optimal process conditions,including slurry concentration of 16%,the pH value 1.2~1.4,the reaction temperature was 40 ℃,grinding fineness of less than 0.043 mm accounted for more than 94.8%,the oxidation time condition for 8 days.The ore sample was dealed with the bacterial oxidation processing technology,the oxidation rate of sulfur reached 86.0%,the leaching rate of gold was improved from 23.4% to 92.6%.

    It is difficult to choose gold ore when stibnite,arsenopyrite is impregnated with gangue.There is a close symbiotic relationship among stibnite,syprite and arsenopyrite which has great slimming,high grade,but weak washability,all-sliming cyanide recovery rate is 47.62%.Orthogonal factorial method is used to select all-sliming cyanide optimization control conditions.In this method,NaOH is used as alkali leaching reagents,the mineral grinding fineness takes 85%,cyanide leaching time and concentration is 32 h and 60 kg/t,cyanide leaching temperature is 26 ℃,cyaniding is operated after leaching with a NaCN concentration of 5~10 per ten thousand and a leaching time of 32 h,and the rate of leaching is up to 85.04%.

    High sulfur gold concentrate in the pressure oxidation process will produce a large amount of basic iron sulfate.It cause a huge amount of lime in cyanidation,then the slurry viscosity increased rapidly,liquidity deterioration,and make the process worse.The flotation process for a refractory gold ore from northwest China is optimized to lower the sulfur grade of flotation concentrate which treated by POX,the gold recovery of flotation has been improved,and the lime dosage in cyanidation reduced to the normal range,the gold leaching rate is more than 98%.The flotation-POX combined technology provides a good solution for gold concentrate in the pressure oxidation process.

    Zijinshan gold mine is the largest gold mine in China,and belongs to the low-grade and oxide gold mine.As the mining elevation reduction,the content of copper in the gold ore is increasing constantly,and resulting in much difficulty in dump leaching,carbon absorbing,desorption and electro winning of gold loaded carbon etc.We had deeply investigated the process of Zijinshan gold mine and analyzed the process parameter and the reactions of copper on the dump leaching process.To deduced the effects of copper on gold leaching and adsorption and the amount of sodium cyanide,some suggestions had been given on the process parameter optimization of which optimizing the process parameters based on the actual situation,decreased the concentration of free cyanide in leaching solution as much as possible and the copper concentration of its dump leaching-carbon adsorption system and reducing the leaching of copper.It is of important guiding significance for the gold dump leaching and carbon adsorption production of Zijinshan gold mine.

    To break the traditional grinding,grading and leaching process in the existing production of the cyanide,and to achieve the goal of improving the grinding efficiency,cyanide recovery and reduce production energy consumption,the experimental research of cyanide grinding leaching process for the Jinchiling gold deposit was conducted.Through comparing the mineral one-time grinding leaching experiment and piecewise grinding leaching experiment,founding that mineral one-time grinding to qualified fineness(-400 mesh fineness up to 90%),leaching 12 h,cyanide recovery rate can reach 99.5%.Stage grinding sectional leaching time grinding fineness of -400 accounted for 75%,an extraction time is 16 h,after the classification +400 regrinding fineness was 91%,the extraction time is 12 h,the total recovery rate up to 99.64%.Stage grinding leaching mill total energy saving is about 15%,cyaniding recovery rate can be increased by 0.14%,saving energy and improving the recovery rate from the perspective of stage grinding leaching is good.

    We introduce the working principle and the application of the high pressure roller millin gold mine.Granularity sieve analysis test of which the high-pressure roller mill samples and the conventional crushing samples show that the proportion of fine part was substantial increased by high pressure roller mill.So the application of high pressure roller grinding could achieve the effect of more crushing and less grinding.And the cyanide test showed that:compared with the conventional crushing,the high pressure roller mill has obvious advantages in heap leaching process,and the gold leaching rate of three samples were improved greatly,which were increased from 65.15%,52.74%,76.05% to 77.27%,85.71%,87.46%.But it has not difference in all-slime cyanidation process for the gold leaching rate between high pressure roller mill and conventional crushing.

    While maintaining the original process and equipment on the same conditions in a dressing plant,the cyanide-adsorption test researching of the copper flotation tailings was conducted.The equilibrium adsorption isotherm was plotted and the theoretical base carbon content was calculated by using the result of the standard carbon leaching test which in the different condition of the carbon density.Meanwhile,through the carbon leaching-adsorption test,it was simulated for the impact on gold,copper leaching and adsorption of the different copper concentrations in the solution as the different return water mode.The results show that gold adsorption results can be obtained by the activated carbon adsorption,even though not excluding the copper from the poor liquid adsorption as long as the content of copper in solution is not too high,and the free CN- maintain adequate.The process was proposed which removed copper firstly and then conducted desorption and electrowinning for the gold loaded carbon with high copper content.This finding provides an experimental basis for industrial applications.

    The gold ore is a typical gold bearing oxidized ore in Lintaolegai,Sumuna,Mongolia,mainly composed of quartz and containing little other metallic mineral,whose existing form is native gold and silver,as well as,dominated by crevice-gold and inter-granular gold with a small proportion of included gold.According to the ore properties,a technology of combining gravity separation with cyanide selection was adopt that lead to a good flotation result.Disposing raw ore by Nielsen separater,gold concentrate ore which containing 618.44 g/t gold were gained,with gold recovery of 71.12%,gold leaching rate of 94.66%,and the gold in tailing gold production was reduecd to 0.17 g/t.The total gold recovery rate was increasing to 98.46% along with the process of gravity separation whole mud-cyanidation for tailings.

    According to the flotation for low grade oxidation metal ore and oxysalt metal ore,we put forward a sulfuration technique of polysulfide ions.The research shows that there is more oxidizing and chelating power for main group metal and sub-group metal which exclude alkali and alkaline earth metal than for single sulfides ions in magma,with S52-and S42- as the polysulfide ions curing agen which is the main sulfides ion portion,ulteriorly the ions form polysulfide ions complex.In the acid,neutral and alkaline solution,the polysulfide ions complex will adhere to the target ore and the mineral surface tightly that they shape the extrusion cladding of polysulfide ions sulfide,creating necessary and sufficient conditions for recycling the low grade oxidation metal ore and oxysalt metal ore efficiently.

    There is great significance of cyanide detection to mineral processing and environmental protection in water.The article investigate the reagent dosage of phosphoric acid,EDTA solution and absorption liquid NaOH in practical application for the method of state environmental standards.The result shows that it can guarantee the result accuracy only if it meet the condition of the predetermining water sample at pH>12 and increasing phosphoric acid amount modestly.It is needed to increase the concentration of absorption liquid NaOH to improve the experiment effect when total cyanide value is a little large.The study consequence show that there is little influence on the result determination,whether the additional EDTA solution has been added or not.

    BCO determination method of copper ammonia complex ion in ammonia cyanide solution was established to solve the problem of determine copper ammonia complex ion content in multi-valence copper ion complex solution.Ammonium citrate solution was used to mask other metal ions in the ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution(pH=9.0) and the Cu(Ⅱ) content was determined by BCO photometric method in the ammonia solution cyanide system as copper ammonia complex ion.Cu(Ⅱ) in copper ammonia complex ion reacted with BCO to form blue complex,which has a maximum absorption wavelength of 600 nm,with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and a detection limit of 0.010 mg/L.The recovery rate of adding standard was 97% to 102%, and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was 0.09% to 0.46%.The method does not require complex processing steps and has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and easy operation.
