Geological Characteristics and Ore Prospecting Forecast of Jinshan Gold Deposit in Qixia,Shandong Province

Abstract:

Jinshan gold deposit is located in the south of Qixia-Penglai orogenic belt,central of Jiaodong Peninsula,which belongs to altered rocks gold ore deposit that controlled by structure in crushed zone.The Jinshan gold deposit has reached medium scale  and become the major breakthrough of the region under the work of geology exploration in recent years.A summary of mineralization characteristics and pattern in the region would have great help in the further geological prospecting work.In this paper,we collect the geologic characteristics of gold ore deposits in this area and make a system summary with the help of previous geological data and the latest exploration achievements,then we do some preliminary discussion of the genesis of these gold deposits;combined with the regional and field geological facts,the geological and geochemical models of ore prospecting have been initial established,at the same time  forecast in the gold mineralization was conducted,which could provide reference in ore prospecting in this area or even in the whole region.
