A survey of literatures on bioreactors used to bioleaching sulfide ores was proposed.Based on the analysis of the performence and design guideline of stirred tank and airlift reactor,it was indicated these machines do not fully match the particular conditions in bioleaching systems for sulfide ores. The factors affecting the performance of the bioreactor and the new prospects of recent development s were discussed.

According to the technological mining conditions of the roof and bottom pillar in Xincheng gold mine , the calculation formula of maximum deformation and horizontal critical load on artificial roof have been deduced by applying limit analytical method. The stability of the roof and bottom pillar has been monitored. During the test , the YZYof drilling hole st ress sensor with st rain and rigidity and the ast rictive meter have been used and tested separately the variation of st ress in the rock and the cooling strain in the drift road. A effective method has been t racked out for monitoring the stability of the analogical pillars.
The basic principles of the bio-oxidation of refractory gold-bearing concent rate in oxidation-box in static state are int roduced. Through 187 days’bio-oxidation , the test-samples, the gold leaching rate came f rom 37.04 %(before bio-oxidation) to 93.01 %(after bio-oxidation),and this result got a same level as the tank bio-oxidation (93.68 %). The economic analysis shows that a small scale gold mine take this technics to process the ref ratory gold2bearing concent rate,the cost and capital will only be 1P3 and 1P2 respectively of a same scale tank bio2oxidation plant,and the favorable practicability are forecasted to this technics.

This paper present s the resultant of valent form t race gold by the typical examples f rom the middle part of the Bangonghu Lake to Nujiang River mineralization belt, Tibet. The expermental fact indicates that Au3 + and Au0 are closely related in the soils samples,the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.96, ∑Au and (Au3 + + Au+) are correlative in the st ream sediments samples, r =0.50. For example above ,the source and gensis of Au0,Au3+ and Au+,and its significance of ore-prospecting have been discussed.
