    Based on the concepts and connotation of sustainable development and sustainable development in mining areas, this paper establishes an assessment index system and model of gold mining area. Using the theory of Fuzzy and distance function, this model analyzes and assesses economy, society, environment and resource's comprehensive developing level, sustainable developing degree and  state harmony degree among them. And its applicat ion shows us that this index system and model is feasible. It not only offers informat ion for the strategy and decision of sustainable development, but also has some reference for the system assessment of other regional sustainable development.

    As an important nature subject, electrochemistry is widely used in many fields. Hydrometallurgy is a new metallurgical technique which has a not clear mechanism of production technology. Electrochemistry has a wide use and important significance in the process flows of gold hydrometallurgy including grinding, mineral processing, pretreatment, et al. The paper used electrochemical theory to discuss the mechanism in the production technology of gold hydrometallurgy including grinding, mineral processing, pretreatment, cyanide leaching, electrodeposition, slurry electrolysis, noble metal recovery, wastewater treatment, et al. and explained the principle of the process flows in gold hydrometallurgy. Gold hydrometallurgy could be studied profoundly for these. Basing on explaining mechanism and  representing principle, the application of electrochemical technique in the hydrometallurgy was also briefly introduced.

    Jiaojia gold deposit is controlled by region fault and alternation zone, the producing temperature ranges mainly from 250 ℃to 320 ℃, the pressure is 800×105 Pa, f o2=10-34~10-36, the concentration of sulphur, carbon and lead isotopes reflect the stability of geological settings. The gold element is mostly derived from Jiaodong group, secondly from the depth, hydrothermal is mainly come from meteoric water and magnetic water, transformation water, reflecting the long and inherit ore-formation.

    The ore heap leaching cycle period is an important parameter that affect's the output and economic technological index. Shortening the heap leaching cycle period is conducive to the raising of the heap leaching rate so the output of the factory will be raised and better economic benefit obtained. The author of this article has made a thorough investigation of the heap leaching cycle period of Zijinshan Gold Mine Heap Leaching Factory,put forward some technical measures for shortening heap leaching cycle period and expounded it's remarkable effect on the speeding up of Zijinshan heap leaching production in 2001. Meanwhile,this article has also made some research into the selection of the size of the crushed ore,the type of the heap const ruction and it's height,the intensity of the spray and spouting,the optimal arrangement of the heap leaching production as well as other technical measures for shortening heap leaching cycle period.

    Extracting gold from powdery tailing by heap leaching is an unsolved problem in production teachnologies.Based on the research of laboratory experiment and pilot test on paddle powdery tailling this paper proposed a new leaching method. The new method has received preliminary experimental result on the gas permeability and osmosis of paddle heap-building.

    In this paper the practical situation of resources secondary development in old levels in Jiaojia Gold Mine is introduced. We have made a large-scale development of resources in the shut levels for eight years. Through the ways of resuming and perfecting the production system、the constantly studying and utilizing on mining methods、the reinforcing on prospecting and project contracting,making the resources to be well developed, beneficial result and social result is well created.
