THE TECHNICAL MEASURE AND PRODUCTION PRACTICE FOR SHOTENING HEAP LEACHING CYCLE PERIOD OF ZIJINSHAN GOLD MINE

Abstract:

The ore heap leaching cycle period is an important parameter that affect's the output and economic technological index. Shortening the heap leaching cycle period is conducive to the raising of the heap leaching rate so the output of the factory will be raised and better economic benefit obtained. The author of this article has made a thorough investigation of the heap leaching cycle period of Zijinshan Gold Mine Heap Leaching Factory,put forward some technical measures for shortening heap leaching cycle period and expounded it's remarkable effect on the speeding up of Zijinshan heap leaching production in 2001. Meanwhile,this article has also made some research into the selection of the size of the crushed ore,the type of the heap const ruction and it's height,the intensity of the spray and spouting,the optimal arrangement of the heap leaching production as well as other technical measures for shortening heap leaching cycle period.
