Study on Gold Extraction From Gold-bearing Slfuricacid Slagby the Process of Chlorine Leaching

Abstract:

A lot of gold-bearing sulfuric-acid slag produced from sulfuric-acid plants using cyanidation tails of gold concentrate as raw materials are soled to cement plants now because Its' not only has low gold content and recovery, but also higher production costs. Then lot of gold is lost. The new process can recovery gold economically from the slag by chlorine leaching and extracting gold from leach liquor with active carbon, the new process will be industrialized with more simple technology and lower invest and cost, no environment pollution also.
