Abstract:

Using the uncertainty the theory,by experiment and research,we ascertain that the uncertainty evaluation of arsenic and antimony in prospecting sample by Atomic Fluorescence Spectromety are standard stock solution, the preparing process of standard stock solution, curve fitting, the process of sample preparation and repetitive test. Each partial uncertainty of measurement was analyzed and calculated. The method of evaluated and calculated the uncertainty of arsenic and antimony in sample by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The standard and spread uncertainty was gained. When the concentration of As is 11.2×10-6,the expanded uncertainty is 0.8×10-6(k=2), concentration of Sb is 1.72×10-6,the expanded uncertainty is 0.11×10-6(k=2),and the measuring result should be demonstrated with uncertainty form, provided the theory and the data support for the result survey accuracy analysis research.
