Ore Genesis and Metallogenic Model of Guoluolongwa Gold Deposit,Qinghai Province

Abstract:

The east Kunlun structural belt which is called “Gold belt” is one of the famous mineralization belts in China.Guoluolongwa is a large gold deposit located in the east end of east Kunlun and it is controlled by fractures.Even many prospecting work have been done,the genesis of the deposit is still unclear,that block the prospecting work.The ore bodies occur in the phyllonite and the ore belongs to quartz-vein type.Given the regional geological evolution,ore geology and the isotopes character,we conclude that the gold deposit is a magmatic mesothermal quartz-vein type deposit which formed during the orogeny.It will make a reference to the prospecting work of the deposit and similar deposits in the east Kunlun.
