摘要

甘肃某金矿中金质量分数为2.93×10-6,矿石中主要可回收有价元素为Au。在分析矿石工艺矿物学特征的基础上,进行了磨矿细度、捕收剂用量、开路和闭路试验。结果表明,该金矿石经过一次粗选、两次精选、三次扫选的闭路流程,可获得金质量分数为93.08×10-6、回收率为70.93%的金精矿。试验所采用的工艺流程合理、结构简单且药剂制度常规,为该金矿的开发利用和生产实践提供了初步依据。

Abstract

The gold content of one gold mine in Gansu Province is 2.93×10-6,and gold is the main recoverable valuable element in ore.Based on the analysis of process mineralogy characteristics of the ore,the grinding fineness,collector dosage,open circuit and closed circuit tests were carried out.The results showed that the gold concentrate of 93.08×10-6,recovery of 70.93% was obtained through a closed-circuit process of one stage roughing,two stages cleaning and three stages scavenging.The test process adopted is reasonable with simple structure and medicament routine,which provide a preliminary basis for utilization and production practice of the gold mine.
