According to the mineralogical characteristics of refractory gold concentrate containing high arsenic and sulfur,we propose a sec-roasting pressure acid leaching combined pretreatment process,and focus on the impact of the process on the removal effect for arsenic,sulfur and iron.The results show that after a roasting of refractory gold concentrate,then by two stage roasting under the conditions of calcination temperature 700 ℃ and roasting time 120 min,we obtain that As content is only 0.51% and S content is 0.34% in calcine.At the same time,the removal rate of As,S and Fe are more than 95% by pressure acid leaching,and achieve good results.
