摘要：

通过阐述设备现场管理的内容和特点，结合矿山企业的实际情况，分析设备现场管理存在的问题。针对设备利用率低、资源浪费大、设备故障频发和现场混乱等问题，提出大力开展活动、建立安全生产的长效机制、制定检修模式和建立设备区域承包制度等具体建议和措施，达到了有效管理设备现场的目标。

Abstract:

Based on illustrating the contents,characteristics and the problems of the equipment site management, combining the actual situation of the enterprise and the concrete content，we analyzed the reasons which cause the problems of equipment site management.According to the problems of the inefficient use of equipment,resources waste,equipment failure，scene confusion and so on，we adopted improvements which is waging campaigns,establishing safe and long-acting production mechanisms, setting examine and repair pattern, establish a regional contracting system of equipment for it.It achieves the goal of the effective management in equipment site management.
