A型与XCF/KYF 型浮选机在铅锌分离中的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Application of A-type and XCF/KYF-type Flotation Machines in Lead-zinc Flotation Separation

摘要:

泡沫浮选法已经成为世界上选别矿物原料最主要的方法之一,而浮选机是浮选过程中最主要和最核心的设备。浮选机因其品种繁多,规格各异,分别被应用于不同的领域。通过介绍2 种不同类型的浮选机及其在铅锌分离浮选工艺中的应用,比较其生产分离指标和浮选药剂用量,证明在铅锌分离工艺中,不同类型浮选机的应用效果不同,相对于XCF/KYF 型浮洗机,A型浮选机的分离指标更稳定,浮选药剂用量更少,生产效果较好。

Abstract:

Flotation machine is the most important and core equipment in the foam flotation method,which has become one of the most important sorting methods in the world for raw mineral materials separation.With many different kinds and specifications,flotation machines are used in different fields.We introduce two types of flotation machines and their effect in the flotation separation process of lead and zinc.The results show that different types of flotation machine having different effect in lead and zinc flotation separation,and A-type flotation machine has more stable separation index,less flotation reagent consumption and better producing,by comparing the separation index and the flotation reagent consumption of A-type and XCF/KYF-type flotation machines in lead and zinc flotation separation.
