山东焦家金矿Ⅲ号脉矿体采矿方法优化研究

摘要:

由于焦家金矿Ⅲ号脉矿体的发现及回采时间晚于Ⅰ号脉矿体,并且受矿体赋存条件的影响,难以提高机械化作业水平,导致沉降比失衡,通风系统紊乱,给生产管理带来一定的难度。为了解决上述问题,针对Ⅲ号脉矿体回采相对落后、进度缓慢和管理难度大的状况,通过优化采矿方法,简化工序,并且本着技术先进、经济合理的原则,确定Ⅲ号脉群特有的二次崩落落矿工艺。通过工程实施增加了工效,降低了掘进工程的投入,加快了相对回采速度,使矿山沉降均衡稳定,有效降低了生产管理难度,紧跟企业跨越式发展步伐。

Abstract:

The mechanization level of Ⅲ vein orebody in Jiaojia gold mine,which is discovered,recovered and prevented later thanⅠvein orebody,is difficult to be raised because of the ore occurrence conditions.This causes the results of settlement ratio imbalance,ventilation system disorders,and makes the production management more difficult. To solve these problems,we streamline the processes of Ⅲ vein orebody by optimizing mining methods according to the principle of advanced technology and economic rationality.Secondary avalanche process of Ⅲ vein orebody groups is identified according to the situation of backward,slowly recovery and difficult to manage.The results show that the optimization process works more effective,costs less tunneling project investment,accelerates the relative recovery speed,also has more balancedand stable mining settlement.
