高效机械化进路回采模式研究

Study on the Recovery Mode of Mechanized and Efficient Route

摘要:

根据寺庄矿区矿体赋存条件、岩石特点,借鉴焦家金矿先进的进路式采矿实践经验,首次在寺庄矿区使用DT-2D 铲运机机械化出矿,大幅提高了矿区回采效率,实现了高效机械化进路回采模式的成功应用。寺庄矿区的出矿量由原来的200 t/d增加到800 t/d,为焦家金矿实现6 000 t/d 工程打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:

According to the occurrence conditions of orebody in Sizhuang mine area,learning the practical experience of advanced road-type mining in Jiaojia gold mine,we use DT-2D scraper to mechanization out-mine firstly, significantly improve the recovery efficiency of mining,and achieve successfully application of efficient-mechanized route recovery mode.The out-mine capacity of Sizhuang mine area is increased from 200 t/d to 800 t/d,it has laid a solid foundation for achieve the project of 6 000 t/d in Jiaojia gold mine.
