洛阳川头金矿含砷铜浮选尾矿中回收金的研究

摘要:

洛阳川头金矿浮选尾矿大多数为低品位、微细粒、包裹型原生矿,部分氧化矿适宜堆淋氰化金,尾矿品住达1.2~1.76 g/t。研究发现,根据尾矿的性质,加入增浸剂参与氰化反应,可降低品位至0.2~0.5 g/t,提高氰化浸出率60%~79.78%,每吨尾矿可盈利10~15元,具有显著的经济效益。试验证明在含砷、铜、钛较低的尾矿中金的堆淋氰化率将更高,值得进一步推广。

Abstract:

Most of flotation railings of Chuantou gold deposit in Luoyang are belong the primary ore of inclusion type in
low grade with fine grained particles and wrapper taye.Among of them,a part of oxidized ores are suitable to be
leached with cyanide for gold recovery,the tailing grade is 1. 2~1.74 g/t.Through research and experiment.based on the characteristics of the tailing,its grade can be lowered and the leaching rate can be raised by way of adding the right amount of high eficacious leachant to the reacted. As a result,the tailing grade were lowered t0 0.2~0.5 g/t.The leaching rates raised to 79.78% (the original rate was 50%),making a profit of 10 to 15 yuan per t0n tailing,and this method is better at the tailing,which contains lower As、 Cu and Ti,its cyaniding leaching Yield should be higher,so it can be used widely in the future.
