摘要：

由于国内矿业权市场刚刚起步,市场法则不完善,特别是二级(转让)矿业权市场,由于交易过程遵守市场经济的自愿原则,交易过程凸现一些无序性,我们从矿业权二级市场的特征着手,对矿业权交易过程中存在的问题进行了探讨。

关键词: 矿业权, 市场交易, 转让

Abstract:

As the mining rightmarket has just started, so the law ofmarket is not perfect. Especially, some business shows unordered in the secondary ( attornment) mining rightmarket, because that the trade p rocess obeys the voluntary p rincip le ofmarket economy. We discuss these problems which occurred in the trade p rocess based on the characteristics of the secondary mining rightmarket.
