浅孔留矿法在矿山开采工作的实践

摘要:

针对梧风楼钨铁矿近4年来浅孔留矿法的开采实践,面对矿房局部矿岩破碎,因地制宜,探索出无底柱结构和有底柱结构并存的方案。底部结构采用漏斗型放矿溜槽附加局部无底柱出矿的形式,即经济又可行。开采方案打破传统的矿房、矿柱的界限,同时采用后退式蹬渣开采方式。根据现场实际将矿体中的夹石和贫矿随机地留作永久矿柱,既有效地提高了采矿回收率、降低了矿石的贫化率,又解决了矿柱回采难的技术问题。通过一年的实践,矿房开采运行良好并取得了很好的经济效益和社会
效益。

Abstract:

According to the mining p ractice ofWufenglou tungsten2iron ore that used shallow2hole shrinkage method in
the past four years, facing partialmine fragmentation, adap tation to local conditions, we exp lore a p lan that non2p illar
structure coexisteswith p illar structure in the mining. Floor p illar structure uses funnel type running chute supp lemented with the form of partial non2p illar ore drawing, economical and feasible. The mining scheme break the line of traditional p illar and traditional room, meanwhile by using the retrograde style slagminingmethod. The actual scene of
the ore bodywith stone and lean ore reserved for permanent p illar randomly, it imp roved the mining recovery , reduced
the poverty rate of ore effectively, and resolved the technical p roblems of the difficult of recovery p illar. The result is
well p roofed by the p ractice of ore mining in the past year, we obtain the benefits of economic and social.
