金尾矿综合利用技术的研究

摘要:

这是一种新的金尾矿综合利用方法:以K:CO,作为循环利用的助熔剂,通过中温焙烧分解金尾矿,熟料水浸取,COz酸化浸取液,过滤除去沉淀,滤液经结晶回收助熔剂K:C0 循环利用及生产白炭黑,滤渣经酸化后生产Al(OH),,剩余的残渣少于原样的1% ,减量化效果相当好,具有很强的技术优势。

关键词: 金尾矿, 焙烧, 综合利用, 助熔剂

Abstract:

At present,there are a lot of ways of comprehensive utilization of the tailings.But they only use it to produce concrete block,sheet metal,cement and other materials,not fully utilizing tailings’composition,which contains enonnous of SiO2 and A12 O3,not extremely be used.We introduced the current ways of comprehensive utilization of gold tailings in this article,on the basis of preliminary exploration of gold:Takes the flux by K2 CO3,through high temperature calking decomposition gold tailings,the resultant was resolved in water,acidified by CO2,the residue was removed by filtration and the remaining solution was prepared potassium carbonate and white carbon black,the residue was acidified by H2SO4 firstly and prepared A1(OH)3.
