摘要：

从黄金行业设备管理的发展特征、主要任务出发，以行业设备管理工作的总体原则为指导，分折了当前行业设备管理工作存在的问题和不足，并针对行业设备管理发展的实际状况，系统阐述了相应问题的解决方法和具体措施，以提高设备综合管理水平，提升竞争能力、促进企业发展。

关键词: 设备管理, 规章制度, 措施, 信息化

Abstract:

This article analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of current equipment management based on the development features and the main tasks of gold equipment management，guided by the overall principles of equipment management．We describe the solutions and concrete measures of coresponding problems systematically ， aiming at the actual situation of the development of equipment management，SO as to enhance the level of integrated management of equipments，enhance the competitiveness and promote the development of the corporation．
