摘要：
主要介绍泥石流发生带来的灾害及形成的主要因素, 相应的提出防治措施, 最后以排土场泥石流为例进行论述。

Abstract:
This paper mainly describes the damage of mud-rock flow and major factors of its formation. Accordingly it points out some preventivemeasures against it. It cites instances of landslides of spoil dumping sites as its argument.
