摘要：

氧化亚铁硫杆菌在工业和环保领域具有重要的经济和社会意义。对氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生物学特征、分离纯化、固定化技术、遗传学研究以及应用等方面做了一综述,以期更好地利用氧化亚铁硫杆菌造福人类。

Abstract:

Thiobacillus ferrooxidans has an extraordinary impact on economy and society of industry and environment. In this view, we presented research progress on biologic characteristic, isolation, purification and mobilization, genetics and its application in order to make full use of the widely distributed strain.
