从含铜金精矿综合回收金银铜硫的湿法冶金工艺研究

摘要:

对于含铜金精矿,为综合回收其中有价元素,经过多种湿法方案的比较,以热压浸铜—煤油溶解提硫—氰化提金工艺为优,金、银、铜和硫的回收率分别达到97.3 %、76.0 %、99.0 %和99.1 %。该工艺热压浸铜在110 ℃和0.45 MPa氧分压下操作,有价元素综合回收率高,易于工程实施,对环境污染小,是一种清洁的湿法冶金工艺。

Abstract:

A clean hydrometallurgy process of comprehensive recovering gold,silver,copper and sulfur from copper-bearing gold concentrates is studied.This process consists three sections:(1)oxidation leaching of Cu by hot-pressure acid leaching,(2)extraction of sulfur by kerosene-soluble method,(3)leaching gold and silver with cyanide. The recovery rates of gold,silver,copper and sulfur are 97.3%,76.0%,99.0% and 99.1% respectively.Hot-pressure acid leaching of Cu is operated at 110℃ of temperature and 0.45 MPa of oxygen partial pressure,with the advantage of high recovery for valuable constituent,simple technology and easy application to industrial processing.
