摘要:

通过对石灰性质的阐述,系统总结分析了石灰在黄金选厂中的作用与应用。如在浮选过程中,提高矿浆的pH值,调节硫代化合物类捕收剂及某些抑制剂(如氰化物)的作用活性,抑制硫化铁矿物、自然金粒的浮选,沉淀矿浆中对浮选有害的重金属离子等。在氰化过程中,作为脱药剂用于氰化厂浸前浓密,作为保护碱用于浸出过程中等;在锌粉置换中用于改善作业条件等。在混汞作业中,调整矿浆pH值,提高混汞作业效果,抑制矿浆中硫化物的活性,防止汞板“生病”等。

Abstract:

This article expoundes the character of lime,makes a systematic study the action and the application of lime in a gold concentration plant.Such as in the floation it can improve the pH of the ore pulp,adjust the action of the hyposulphite and some depressants such as cyanide.It can control the floation of pyrites and nature gold pelletes and deposit the baleful heavy metal hydroniumfor the floation etc. in the cyanidation it can take off drug in the thickener of the cyanide plants before the lixiviation,do protecting alkali in the lixiviation etc. in Zn displacement it can amend task condition etc. in amalgamation it can control the pH and improve the work's effect and control the active of the sulfid and avoid apron-plates “sicken”etc.
