摘要:

矿井提升是矿山生产的咽喉, 高速运行, 常年工作。提升机一般使用行程开关来防止过卷, 在正常情况下可以作到安全生产, 但司机因疲劳等原因而刹车时间少于规定时间时, 就可能造成过卷事故。为此, 自行设计与安装一套自动退档减速系统与正常操作系统并联, 可达到防止过卷的预期效果。

关键词: 矿井提升, 卷扬机, 过卷保护, 自动退档减速系统

Abstract:

Mine shaft raised is the keg of mine production, move at high speed and word throughout the year. Raised machine usually use travel switch to prevent folder. In normal condit ion, it can be safety production. But if the driver for tired reduce the drake times will properly create folder accident, There for, we design and equip a set of auto-return and deckle ration system parallel connect normal operation system, then we can prolong folder expected effects.
