河台金矿选矿厂破碎系统技术改造

摘要:

广东高要河台金矿投产时建成500t/ d 破碎及250t/ d 磨浮能力选矿厂,在扩建高村、云西矿区时又相继建成500t/ d 的磨浮车间,磨浮能力大于破碎能力。1999 年进行破碎系统技术改造,采取缩小筛孔尺寸,调小排矿口,改大筛分面积与增加作业时间等措施,在未增添任何设备条件下,满足750t/ d 的生产能力要求。

Abstract:

The concent ration works with the capacity of 500t/ d reduction and 250 t/ d floation is built in Hetai gold mine of Guandong Gaoyao when it comes into production. When expanding Gaocun and Yunxi mining region , the floation plant of 500 t/ d is built , where the capacity of floation is over the capacity of reduction. The reduction system was reconst ructed technically in 1999 , adopting the steps as reducing sieve pore size , making the ore outlet smaller , enlarging the screen analyses area , adding the working time. It meet s the demand of 750 t/ d production capacity without adding any equipment.
