尾矿管道再生技术

摘要:

尾矿管道主要用来输送浓度为30 %尾砂矿浆,是矿山一条很重要的工艺管道,但由于管道内尾砂的长时间磨损,管壁越来越薄,经常出现破损泄漏现象,严重影响生产。介绍一种用聚乙烯管道使腐蚀破旧的尾矿钢管再生的方法:在原尾矿管道内插入一根¥130mm ×6mm 聚乙烯管道,并在两层管道的空隙间注入水泥砂浆,使其固化,使原来的尾矿管路变成一种三层结构管道。这种处理后的管道不但强度高,而且水力摩擦系数小,尾砂输送能力比原来的旧管道有所提高,同时也降低了砂泵的扬程、运行成本。这种施工方法为矿山尾矿管道敷设开辟了新思路,提供了新途径。

Abstract:

Gangue pipe, mainly used to transport the gangue slurry with concent ration about 30 % , is an important technical pipe for mine. The wall of pipe gets thinner and thinner and was broken into leakage as it has been becoming worn away by the sand of gangue for a long time, and it affects the production seriously. In this paper, we present an approach of the regenerating for gangue pipe by using polyethylene pipe. First, a polyethylene pipe with diameter of 130 mm and height of 6mm is inserted in the original gangue pipe, and then cement-grit slurry is injected into the space between the pipes, after slurry solidifying, the original gangue pipe is three2layer. The regenerating pipe is not only high-strength but also low-waterpower-friction-coefficient. The capacity of t ransport is improved and the cost is fell. The technology gives a novel idea for gangue pipe transport .
