摘要:

查明了某地碳质片岩型微细粒金矿石炭浸工艺金浸出率低的原因,并着重进行了提高磨矿细度和预处理助浸—炭浸试验研究,使浸渣金品位由直接炭浸的0. 50g/ t降至0. 29g/ t ,金浸出率提高了5. 23 % ,可为企业年增产值326. 34 万元。

关键词: 磨矿细度, 助浸剂, 浸渣品位, 金浸出率

Abstract:

This testing unveiled the reason of low leaching rate of CIL technology of acertaintiny carbonaceous schist gold ore , and emphatically studied how to improve the fine2grinding and pretreatment CIL testing . This testing recovered that gold grade of leached dust was decreased from CIL 0. 50g/ t to 0.29g/ t directly , and leaching rate was increased by 5. 23 % ,so that economic benefit increased by RMB 3. 2634 million annually .
