甘肃白银小铁山矿残矿回收实践

摘要:

介绍了小铁山矿高品位残矿的回收工艺。小铁山矿矿体赋存条件差, 开采初期曾试验过多种采矿方法, 在不同采矿方法衔接部位形成了许多的积压矿体和大小不等的冒落区。为安全高效回收该部分矿体, 分别采用了下向和上向进路式采矿法回采, 在回采过程中针对冒落区残矿采用了注浆加固、采准方式和回采顺序优化、凿岩爆破及支护措施改进、加强充填管理等综合技术手段, 安全高效地回收了该部分矿产资源, 取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:

This paper briefs the Xiaotieshan mine's high-grade residual deposit extraction technology.The Xiao tieshan mine's ore body condition is badness,on initial the mine had used some kind of mining method to experiment.There is lot of over stocking mine and the caved residual deposit on the joint part of each mining method.We used the drifi-fill stoping and under drift-fill stoping on this over stocking mine.On the caved residiual deposit we used some techonolgy such as cement injection、the mode of excavate and extraction sequence ptimization、drill and ground support modification、streng then the mangement of fill to safe and high efficiency extraction this mine.
