总结了近2O年来生物氧化授矿基础研究的主要工作和戚果。介绍了细菌授矿机理和动力学研究的发展情况，并对现有的生物氧化浸出工艺的应用状况进行了简单评价。

Abstract:

The works and achievements in fundamenta1 research of biooxidation of m inerals are summarized.The developments of mechanisms and kinstics in bioleaching are reviewed in detail The current applications of biooxidation process in Cu dump leaching and pretreatmerit of refractory gold concentrates are introduced briefly
