摘要：

治岭头金银矿床的形成受其基底韧—脆性剪切带。火山构造、断裂构造以及不整合面的制约，从成矿物质来源。成矿地球物化环境分析，矿床系中低温浅成火山一扶火山热液矿床。

Abstract:

The controlling ores of zhilingtou gold-silver deposit are relation to basem ent ductile brittle shear zone and volcanism-subvolanism and fractura1 structure and anconform able plate.the study on the m ineralizing m aterials and physical-chemical condition indicate the deposit is a yanshania volcanic-subvolcanic low er deep low ermedian temperature hydrothermal deposit．
