    Deep-hole blasting is an effective way to cut the raise of the deep hole,but the borehole deviation has become an important factor to restrict the success of deep hole blasting.Based on the analysis of the borehole deviation and the existing problems in the scene in the 680 section of a gold mine in Shandong Province,the construction scheme is improved on the basis of the original design.Firstly,the three parameters,such as the compensation coefficient,the breaking angle and the free surface coefficient,are put forward to determine the location of patching holes and initiation sequence.Secondly,the methods of charging with different explosion brisance explosives and multiple blasts are used.Volume of emulsion explosives are used at the first detonation by manual charging,which have high explosive compression but low charging efficiency.The second detonation uses special modified granular anfo explosives by mechanical charging,greatly improves the efficiency of charging,and releases less poisonous gas. Finally,the three problems of serious borehole deviation,charging difficulties and insufficient segments of detonators were solved in the cutting raise blasting.The blasting test results are analyzed,which proves that the construction scheme is proved to be feasible,and it has certain guiding value for similar projects.

    Put forward three suggestions for reducing the mining stress concentration through theoretical analysis. Analyzed the status quo and improvement scheme of Zhazixi antimony mine by MIDAS-GTS and FLAC3D.The results showed that the stress concentration is obviously and not easy to predict under the status quo of disordered mining way.The stress concentration appeared for the first vein mining footwall and could be avoid better for vein mining on the plate first of improved scheme.So to prevent and control the rock burst by stress concentration of Zhazixi antimony mine should choose vein mining on the plate first.

    Ore loss and dilution caused by blasting design impacts the economic benefit of mine significantly when open pit bench advances to ore-rock border.In order to process blasting design and ore loss and dilution control scientifically,ore loss and dilution control system was proposed combined with back row buffer line and blasting cone.The system consist of data input,parameter setting,ore loss and dilution calculation,sampling data fitting,querying,optimum decision,display and output,and so on.Ore loss and dilution was calculated in 3D space in the system to ensure accuracy.Meanwhile,least square fit was introduced to express the relationship between the location of back row buffer line and ore loss and dilution,which provided the basis of querying and optimum decision.The system was actualized with VS 2010,and the experiment test of an open pit mine in Inner Mongolia shown that it is scientific and effective.

    Duolun Yishengdian uranium-silver polymetallic deposit is located at the north of Guyuan-Duolun polymetallic metallogenic belt,which is a low sulfide,epithermal deposit,orebodies of this deposit are hosted in alteration potash-liparite of the third stage of Maotouebo in Jurassic and liparite of Mantouebo period,silver orebodies are veined,uranium orebodies are platelike,both are controlled by breccia zone.Combined to the study about geological character,orebodies,positon and distribution law of uranium-silver deposit,we state that alterations are closely related to silicification,fluorite,rhodochrosite,hydromica,carbonatation,which are controlled by volcanic,secondary volcanic and NW-NWW fault belt.NW-NWW pressure breccia belt is the profitable position of silver polymetallic deposit,the overlapped part of NW-NWW pressure breccia belt,secondary volcanic contact zone and hydrothermal breccia is the perfect zone for uranium-silver polymetallic deposit.Therefore,pressure breccia belt,secondary volcanic contact zone and hydrothermal breccia can be the geological symbol and help prospecting in the exploration area combined with geochemical anomaly and geophysical anomaly.

    Hadamengou gold deposit is a super-large gold deposit in the central of the Inner Mongolia.The mineralization type is potassic feldspar that is different with the common sericitization in the most of gold mineral deposit in the North China Platform.The distribution of metallogenic belt is controlled by two big rift belts in front and back of the mountain,and they create many of secondary faults.Piedmont potassic alteration zone is a NEE-NE red-brick potassium feldspar alteration zone nearby piedmont fault.The orebody discovered in this district is mainly formed in K-feldspar alteration rock or in quartz veins among the altered rock.CSAMT method has such merits as great exploration depth,strong anti-interference ability,clear resolution ability for the geological body within the depth of 2 000 m.CSAMT is applied in Hadamengou ditch mine,and the result shows that,the piedmont fault and piedmont potassic alteration zone can be reflected by inversion data abnormality,concealed orebody is discovered in the deep of the body,so CSAMT is proved a great technique in geological prospecting.

    Abstract: In order to find out the mineralization distribution characteristics and the deep development of a gold deposit located in Muping of Shandong Province and to definite an optimal prospecting target area,Induced Polarization (IP) method is applied in measuring work.Depth sounding of induced polarization method is carried out in the mining area where four induced polarization anomalies are defined through the middle gradient area measurement.Combining with the geological data in the area,rock ore characteristics and field reconnaissance,the sounding profiles are analyzed.It can be inferred that the delineation of four induced polarization abnormalities are caused by pyrite quartz vein and pyrite mineralization alteration rock,and the mineralize development well in deep,they are favorable gold metallogenic area in this area.The IP survey helps to identify follow-up survey work and find the key area of the mine,and good results have been achieved in the application of this gold mine.

    Jiagantan gold deposit is a super-large gold deposit newly discovered in recent years,which is located at the south of Xiahe-Hezuo fault zone of West Qinling.The occurrence state of gold were studied by microscopic test technology,the primary ore samples were observed in detail by high power optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).It is concluded that the metallic minerals in primary disseminated ore are mainly arsenic pyrite and arsenopyrite,and the natural gold inclusions couldn’t be found in observing the BSE images.So the conclusion is that the microscopric invisible gold is occurrence state of gold in gold bearing minerals.

    Haxiwa gold polymetallic deposit belongs to the tectonic altered rock type.Through analyzing the characteristics of process mineralogy,such as mineral chemical composition,mineral composition,structure,ore particle size and embedded relationship,we identified the mineral composition very complex.Overall,the results demonstrate that gold is the main recoverable minerals and argentite,anglesite,cerusite,galena and sphaleriteare the next recoverable minerals.Additionally,pyrite and arsenopyrite are primary carrier mineral of gold,the main mineral containing gold is electrum and main occurrence state of gold presents angular granular inclusion.The findings in the present work are helpful for making full use of valuable mineral and it can provide reliable process mineralogy basis for establishing economic and reasonable mineral processing technology in future.

    Erdaohezi deposit is found in NW side of deerbugan deep fault zone Ag-Pb-Zn deposit,with large deposits metallogenic potential.Regional stratigraphy in NW-SE under the action of horizontal pressure along the Moerdaoga and the Shanghulin by many after deformation,bent,turned,development of Jurassic in the Middle the tamulangou formation and the upper Jurassic manketouebo formation,rock composed primarily of volcanic-clastic rocks,they are unconformable contact.Main orebodies are veins hosted in Jurassic Middle tamulangou formation in the fracture zone,NW,NNW to extensional tectonic control;the main metallic minerals,such as galena,sphalerite and pyrite. Ore-forming processes can be considered: volcanic activity later, acidic lava carrying lead,zinc,silver and other useful elements to hydrothermal along the early formation of NNE,NW,NWW on tensile fracture zone of the invasion,in NW derived structure and secondary structure favorable for enrichment.Through the study of the geologic al characteristics in detail,we think that the deposit is the structure of the volcanic rocks of ore rock-hydrothermal reformation type liquid medium to low temperature type Ag-Pb-Zn deposit,and the main prospecting directions.

    The strength prediction of filling body is of significant importance in the design of mine filling.The cement to sand ration and the contents of cement,lime,gypsum and slag are selected as influence indexes of the strength of filling body.In addition,the PCA-BP model to predict strength of filling body was constructed by taking advantages that the principal component analysis (PCA) can eliminate the correlation between independent variables and reduce the input data and the BP neural networks has a good predictability.The PCA has been tested on 18 pieces of experimental data,and the five influencing factors that were eventually reduced into three main factors.Then these three main factors were used as BP neural networks input data.Furthermore,the influence of hidden layer neuron on model training process and prediction accuracy was discussed,and results of PCA-BP method,standard BP method and quadratic polynomial regression method were compared.The results show that the optimal structure of PCA-BP method is 3-7-1 and the PCA-BP method is better than the standard BP method and the quadratic polynomial regression method with an error ratio within 3.65%,achieving an accurate prediction for the strength of filling body.In a conclusion,the PCA-BP model provides a high accuracy means for the prediction of the strength of filling body.

    For the purpose of improving the reliability of backfill pipe transportation system,based on engineering fluid mechanics,computational fluid dynamics and pipeline self-flowing transportation theories,low pressure full-flowing transportation mechanics was put forward,which aimed at dealing with the tremendous impact wear and instability of pipeline transportation in a mine,combined with numerical simulating and analyzing by the software of FLUENT.The results show that the low pressure full-flowing transportation system can largely alleviate the max pressure in pipeline system,compared with high pressure full-flowing transportation system.When the value of k is 0.53 and increasing flux to 80 m3/h simultaneously,the full-flow ratio of this system is able to be improved by about 8 times.The piping failure can be reduced remarkably and make sure the stability of the slurry flowing by implementing the plan three.

    The content of the block stone in the cemented filling body is the key factor to determine the bearing capacity.Cemented tailings in uniaxial compression test to be done in the material testing machine of RMT-150C.The experimental results show that the effect of the ballast on the changing law of the filling body in different loading stages.Contrast stress-strain relationship curve,the addition of the ballast is beneficial to increase the compressive strength of the filling body and delayed stress peak.Damage constitutive model and damage evolution equation are obtained by test results.The addition of ballast helps to slow down the growth rate of damage variable and effectively improve the residual bearing capacity through analyzing of the damage variable strain curve.

    In order to improve the high-temperature working environment of geothermal in Woxi pithead kilometer deep mine,the paper analyze the main heat source and damage.It adjusted the ventilation structure and established a new ventilation which designed and constructed a special return air shaft,installed a main fan on the surface,transformed the original east air shaft(return air shaft) into intake air shaft,stopped the fan of the original ventilation system.The site implementation showed that the new ventilation system directly exhausted the pollution and high temperature air from the mine deep area,the outlet air temperature nearly increased 2 ℃,ventilation and heat removal capacity increased by 4.3 times,total ventilation ability increased by more than one time.The air sours of large quantity with high enthalpy in summer,the heat of intake air could not fully be absorbed by the upper low temperature rock,most of the high enthalpy air is carried into the deep area,and make the whole mine air temperature is rising,which suggested that the greater the intake air volume into the shaft does not mean that the mine ventilation cooling effect is better.It also showed that the effects of ventilation cooling for deep mine must be comprehensive evaluation of intake air volume and temperature and than puts forward that the main fan operation scheme will be optioned to seek economic air volume to reduce the air sours enthalpy in summer.

    For a gold-lead-zinc complex polymetallic sulfide ore in Anhui has a problem such as the low ore dressing indexes,the dosage of reagent system is complex and big.The mineral composition and ore characteristic of raw-ore is analyzed and a large number of exploratory experiments is explored.The last put forward the principle of process to deal with the ore by magnetic separation removal of pyrrhotite,gold-lead bulk flotation,gold-lead separation flotation,activation of tailings flotation zinc.By closed circuit texts can obtain the good indicators,and the gold concent rate with the Au grade of 43.67×10-6 and recovery rate of 46.11%;lead concentrate with the Au grade of 162.00×10-6 and recovery rate of 35.39%, Pb grade of 38.53% and recovery rate of 72.24%,the accumulation of the gold recovery rate is 81.50%;zinc concent rate with the Zn grade of 42.76% and recovery rate of 67.46%.This new method has a better index than the traditional process,as it can not only improve dressing indexes,but reduce a lot reagents dosage.

    Reasonable engineering geological investigation and rock quality evaluation is the basis of design,construction and mining activities in underground engineering,aiming at the type of soft fractured rock in Qianhe gold mine,based on the fully understanding of the mine geology,current mining situation and characteristics of soft rock,investigated and analysed the engineering geological of soft fractured rock in detail with scan line method,which is suitable for the characteristics of soft rock and the mine’s actual situation,and used the MRMR-2000 system and Q system to evaluate the rock mass quality of orebody,hanging wall and footwall rock mass separately.The result shows that the structural plane in orebody and its surrounding rock are extraordinarily growing,they are contain more than 3 groups of preferred structure plane,and the average line density of them are more than 25 lines per meter;orebody and its surrounding rock are classified asⅤ,and the overall evaluation of rock quality are bad,of which the footwall rock mass is relatively and slightly better,the hanging wall rock mass takes the second place,and the orebody is the worst.

    Advanced treatment of the precious metals barren solution by the electrochemical process used self-made coal base material as the electrode,the effects of the voltage,time,pH and temperature for ions removal rate were mainly studied,the shape and the load substances of the plate were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum(SEM-EDS). The results show that,with the time and the temperature increased,the removal rate of each ions in the solution were increased gradually,but when the voltage increases the ions removal increased first and decreased afterwards,and the optimum condition was 1.6 V,yet the increase of pH was not favorable for the process.Under the condition of the voltage of 1.6 V,temperature of 50 ℃,time of 6 h with the initial pH,the ion removal rates of palladium can reach 99.32%,the platinum 97.13%,and both the gold and the ruthenium nearly can be seen as completely removed.Study shows that the electrochemical method can achieve the purpose of advanced treatment precious metal barren solution and recovery the precious metals.In the process of electrochemical,the ions in solution interacted by electrodeposition and electric absorption process,and the former occupy dominant effect.

    In the system of gold concentrate roasting-cyanide,the closed-circuit of barren solution containing cyanide need to  be opened periodically,the copper in which has some recovery value.The feasibility of recovering copper from barren solution containing cyanide is investigated on the basis of acidification process.After the acidification the evaporation rate of cyanide ion is 95.42% and the precipitation rate of copper is 97.82%.There is 22.77%~35.01% of copper in the acid sedimentation separated from acidified barren liquid.The copper can be reclaimed by a roasting-acid leaching-extraction technique,and the best experiment conditions are as follows:roasting temperature is 640 ℃,Liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,the concentration of H2SO4 is 5%,acid leaching time is 3 hours,and the copper leaching rate is up to 92.27%~95.00%.If 20% Lix984 is used as extraction agent,pH value of leaching solution is 2.3,organic and aqueous phase ratio(O/A) is 1∶1,one stage copper extraction rate is 98.96% after 3~5 min extraction.The copper concentration in the solution separated from acidified barren liquid is 72.89 mg/L,sulfurized method is used in the copper deposit,if Na2S is 0.4~0.6 g/L,the copper sedimentation rate is up to 92.21%~99.09% after one hour.

    In the process of non-ferrous and precious metals mining resources development,large amounts of arsenic associated minerals are exposed on the surface,increased the risk of water and soil environmental pollution.In order to realize the relationship between existing forms and specific arsenic removal process,on the basis of predecessors’achievements,the paper considered that the pH,oxidation-reduction potential(Eh),coexisted ions and dissolved organic compounds have great effect on As species in wastewaters.Consequently,numerous common chemical,physical and biological treatment methods and applications were summarized in this study.Moreover,the treatment cases of actual mine wastewater were described to provide knowledge for the development of novel as treatment technologies in other industrial wastewaters.
