Hardat Tolgoi Ag-Pb-Zn deposit which located in Xing-Meng orogenic belt is a medium-sized deposit with larger exploration progress in the area.Ore bodies occurred mainly in 4 NW-trend ore belts who controlled 40 ore bodies.Additionally,orebody form was primary with vein and lenticular,and occurrence was steeper.Mineral inclusion composition mainly presented with chalcopyrite,galena,pyrite,quartz and rutile,etc.Meanwhile,deposit metallogenic period can be divided into three stages according to field observations and the study of petrography,namely,stage of quartz-pyrite,mineralization stage of quartz-polymetallic sulfide,quartz-carbonate-fluorite stage.The research results were of great significance for further revealing the genesis of mineral deposit and expanding the periphery prospecting.
Jinlongshan gold deposit located at indosinian fold belt of the south Qinling Mountains,the Nanyangshan Group on the devonian series belonged to gold mineralization body of ore formation,and the carboniferous Yuanjiagou Group was an important assignment of antimony mineralization body seam.Ore-controlling structure was primary composed with northwest to the shear fold belt,northeast left strike-slip faults and northwest strike-slip fault to the right.Moreover,tectonic geochemical study showed that the Au element arranged as a string of beads along the north-east distribution,the characteristics of linear parallel arrangement was extremely obvious as well,which can form the enrichment region combined with the north-west fault zone.Additionally,tectonic geophysical (EH4) measurement displayed that the Jinlongshan ore block was overall east west to the structure of double fold belt,late superposition of north east and north west faults.The Jinlongshan gold deposit can be represented by 106 pulse volume group,and the group presented the zonal distribution and was composed with several nearly parallel vein bodies.By summarizing the law of ore,we provide a new theory basis for the next step prospecting in the future.
Through the REE geochemical characteristics research of the rocks and minerals which have different types in Ganjiaxiang lead-zinc mining area,Jiangsu Province,the REE geochemical behavior of rocks and ores were investigated.And the results show that the distributions of REE in ore deposit are consistent.Overall,the total REE is relatively enriched in Lead-zinc ore,basal conglomerate and siltstone.On the REE patterns,LREE are enriched,and the curve tilts to the right slowly.In addition,the enrichment degree of LREE would be reduced with its atomic number increasing,but the HREE is relatively stable.REE geochemistry characteristics indicates that the Ganjiaxiang lead-zinc mining is a medium-low-temperature hydrothermal deposit which controlled by the F2 fault and unconformity.
The Shouwangfen composite pluton presented the Mesozoic complex massif that was ore surrounding rock,which had close relationship with mineralization.In this study,petrography,lithogeochemistry,zircon genetic mineralogy,U-Pb chronology of uartz monzonite,lithogenesis and source region were all analyzed. Chronology results demonstrated that the 206Pb/238U weighted average age of magmatic zircon was(133.48±0.53)Ma(MSWD=0.70),and the era was the Early Cretaceous Epoch in the study area;lithogeochemistry results showed that the quartz monzonite was with the characteristic of low K2O/Na2O(0.74~0.89),low P(P2O5=0.09%~0.40%),higher A/CNK(1.24~1.38)and it belonged to the alkali peraluminous rock.Moreover,rare earth element content is higher (262.14×10-6~279.83×10-6) with enrichment of light rare earth,∑LREE/∑HREE=12.12~17.41,and the partition curve tended to the right gently.The abnormal of Eu and Ce was not obvious(δEu=0.83~1.26,δCe=0.78~0.93),which was similar to the characteristic of rare earth element in upper crust,and it was a kind of typical crust source genetic types.Therefore,after comprehensive analysis,the coupling relationship between mineralogenetic epoch and geochemical characteristics,magmatic emplacement age of quartz monzonite should represent the regional response of large-scale magmatic evolution and mineralization during Mesozoic in the east of north China.
The outcropping strata of Beijinshan gold mine are mainly the Lower Paleozoic Bikou Group and the Middle Devonian Sanhekou Group.Among them,the Sanhekou Group is the main ore formation and closely retated to the gold mineralization.In mining,faults are developed which mainly have three groups of NEE,NWW and NE.NEE trending faults control the output of gold mine bodys,and also is the main ore-controlling structure.The magmatic activity in mining is weak,that only see the veins outcrop sporadically.It is abnormal development for gold,silver,copper,lead,zinc,arsenic and antimony in the gold mine.The rock alteration which have a closely related with gold mineralization mainly are silicification,sericite and pyrite,silicification,sericite and pyrite.Based on the systems analysis of geological characteristics and ore-controlling factors of the Beijinshan gold mine,it is considered to have a favorable geological condition and have a certain ore prospects,which provide a scientific basis for further exploration.
On the basis of analyzing geological background of regional metallogenic in north of Dabie Mountains,geologic feature of large porphyry molybdenum polymetallic in the Tangjiaping was systemically described with the methods of stone of rock (ore) physical properties test,controlled source audio-frequency magnetotelluric sounding method (CSAMT) and spectrum IP method(SIP).The results showed that there is phyical differences between porphyry molybdenum ore body and wall rock.Meanwhile,using the two kinds of electrical method can well reflect the ore-forming geological spatial location and morphology,indicating that the method combined with porphyry molybdenum polymetallic deposit was effective,which can provide important technical reference for porphyry deposits in the area in the future.
Yangshan gold deposit is a large carlin-type gold deposit in the south of Gansu Province.It is located at the northern margin of an inverted triangle tectonic domain which converged to form by the Yangtze,India and North China Plate,at the binding site of Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt and Qinling orogenic belt.Gold-bearing geological mass is mainly the black pyritization carbonaceous phyllite,the pyritization cataclastic altered limestone and the pyritization inclined long granite porphyry.Among them,the pyrite shows anhedral and fine to fine grained disseminated distribution and it is closely related to the gold mineralization,and also an important prospecting mark.In the Partial area,granite porphyry has developed a strong gold mineralization and the electrical characteristics of low resistance-high polarization which passes through the rock electrical parameters measured.The derivative index method of IP sounding is usually more in terms of looking for water.As all of them have the low resistance-high polarization’s electrical characteristics which are water-rich strata,metal mineralization construction,broken alteration zone and so on,this work attempts to use derivative index to explain the bathymetric data of Yangshan gold mine and infer the status of the underground low resistance-high polarization anomaly occurrence,all of which provide the basis for laying heavy mountain project.Using the derivatives Index explains two bathymetric profiles and successfully laid verification drilling,and the project examples show that the method is a practical prospecting method in Yangshan gold mine.
Kangdenongshe gold-polymetallic deposit locates at the southeast section of the East Kunlun metallogenic belt,whose gold orebody occurs in the interlayer fracture zone between the lower Permian series of Ma’erzheng Group volcanic and the carboniferous system of Hao’teluowa Group limestone.The ore-controlling structure features NWW and NW ruptures mainly caused by compression-compression and twists.The major ore types are barite-type gold,lead,and zinc ore,while the metallic minerals mainly include pyrite,sphalerite,galena,chalcopyrite,tetrahedrite,bornite,etc.The beneficial components in the ore are Pb,Zn,Ag,Cu,and Ba.The gold minerals are mainly electrum and a small portion of native gold.The occurrence status is mainly inter-granular gold,followed by inclusion gold,and then a little fracture gold.The gold granularity is mainly fine granule visible gold and particle gold which has a close relation with the gangue and is hardly to conduct cleavage.Pure flotation cannot effectively recycle the gold from the ore,so the combination of cyaniding and floatation is recommended.
On the basis of reviewing a large number of literature,the determination of noble metals by using polarography and the research methods of complexing adsorption mechanism was introduced.The successive and simultaneous determination of noble metal under complexing adsorption polarographic wave system was summarized.It is to provide the valuable information for the development of a new measurement system,the research direction and the development prospect.
Linglong gold mine Dakaitou 255 haulageway undertake the important task of ore transportation, which has to pass through almost 20 m wide caving goaf with broken roof,deep collapse and working slope moving around.Linglong gold mine has used many conventional methods to drifting and support this haulageway but ended in a failure,then mine production was seriously reduced.Considering the mine goaf caving characteristics of loose rock and the actual situation of 255 haulageway,we introduce a creative method of combines roof plug board supporting with two side U-shaped steel arch inserted rod supporting,the collapsed floor was filled with rubble stone,the caving rock was excavated and cleaned,working slope and roof were supported effectively.The method not only solves the drifting and supporting problem in fallen and loose rock,makes sure the mine’s production capacity,but also accelerates the speed of ore transportation, achieved good economic and social benefit.
The ore-dressing tests for a native gold ore in Guangxi Province were performed.And by the comparative study of flotation process conditions,the optimum operating conditions of rougher flotation were achieved,which include that:the grinding fineness was-0.075 mm which accounted for 70%,the copper sulfate is 200 g/t,the sodium carbonate is 500 g/t,the water glass is 500 g/t,the butyl xanthate is 60 g/t,the ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate is 30 g/t,and the 2# oil is 30 g/t.Under the optimal conditions,the closed-circuit tests which are one-stage roughing,two-stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging were performed.Then the gold with the grade of 34.00×10-6 and the recovery of 81.19% can be obtained.
The property change of gold mining ore led to flotation reagents and ore properties mismatching,unstability of the production quota,and great fluctuation of the recovery rate of gold.Therefore,it was necessary to complete the reasonable laboratory test and whole process closed circuit experiment.According to process mineralogy characteristics of the ore and based on the traditional of sulphide ore flotation process,the method of rich sulfide was adopted combined with high efficientive flotation reagents,and we improved the recovery rate of gold sulfide ore of the valuable components.Meanwhile,the reasonable technological process,flotation reagents and flotation time were identified on the basis of the laboratory test.Gold recovery rate of mine ore with grade of 6.5×10-6 increased from 84% to 90%,and flotation gold concentrate grade was 60×10-6,tailings was 0.4×10-6.Under the condition that ore grade and the concentrate grade was constant,the experiment process was more environmental protection,flotation time was more reasonable and the recovery rate was higher,all of which not only created considerable economic benefits,but also saved the resources.
An experimental research on certain gold copper waste rock has been completed,combined the analysis of ore properties,namely,some of the gold inlaid copper mineral were coarser.Therefore,the rapid selective flotation process of gold copper waste rock was applied in this study,which made the resource utilization of gold copper waste rock come true.The waste stone grade was gold 0.41×10-6,and copper 0.17%,respectively.However,after some rapid priority and the three closed circuit process,the gold copper concentrate with gold 26.26×10-6,and copper 13.34% can be attained,indicating that gold recovery rate was 63.16%,the copper was 79.23%,and the separation effect was good.Thus,the method was worth of popularization and application in similar mines,and can effectively improve the level of comprehensive utilization of mine resources.
Tower mill is a type of fine grinding equipment with vertical fixed installation,cylinder fixed and helical mixing device.Because gold and silver particles is fine in gold concentrate,and most of gold and silver minerals with even had body and inclusions form coexist with pyrite,fully grinding of gold concentrate is necessary in order to improve grinding fineness,make gold and silver particles fully naked,and achieve the effect of monomer dissociation.During the process of cyanide gold concentrate,due to the large increase in degree of dissociation,gold and silver are leached thoroughly,thus cyanide recovery.Tower grinding machine has the advantage of low energy consumption,grinding fine granularity,low noise,occupies less space,easy maintenance, easy installation and high grinding efficiency,therefore,it is ideal fine grinding mill in cyanide fine grinding.
Mechanical agitation leaching trough is the means for the implementation of key equipment and technology of cyanidation,but due to the short of the complex driving structure and the high energy consumption,the mechanical agitation leaching trough has been replaced by air-strength agitation leaching trough in some refiner.This paper briefly introduces the development history of cyanide leaching process,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of air-strength agitation leaching trough,working principle,operating pneumatic agitation leaching.The application practice in gold concentration plant show that,the air-strength agitationg leaching trough have the advantages of simple structure,easy to repair,power saving,high leaching rate,wide application prospect.
We introduce the basic properties of SQ114/8 hydraulic power tongs,and its application effects in Zhaishang core drilling in mining geology.Compared with the traditional manual unloading twist drill,the set of the introduction and application of power tongs can greatly improve the efficiency of the drilling and enhance the safety factor of labor,reduce labor intensity.SQ114/8 hydraulic power tongs drilled in the rock gold mining has played a huge role,made a very good application effects.Meanwhile,in practical applications,there are some problems for SQ114/8 hydraulic power tongs,such as kava tablets easy to wear,do not shift quickly,and drill pipe butt is not ideal.Through analyzing and summarizing the practical application and deal with the problems made some improvements to the promotion and application of construction equipment in the mine.
