    This paper studies the actual condition of Shandong area and its mines, the feature of local distribution of mineral resources, the present layout of mining and processing, and the trend of the development in the future in light of basic national policies in populat ion, resources and environment. For effective protection and reasonable usage of mineral resources, improving benefit and locality, the author gives his views on adjusting the structure, taking large and medium-sized cities and economic development zone as the support, and relying on the science and technology progress and technical innovation. Finally, the author also makes some suggestions on prolonging the industrial chain of the mineral resources development and mines processing, as well as harmonizing local economic development and rationalizing industrial economic layout.

    Based on the Heap Leaching Process (HLP) adopted in several places in China, only 50 %~60 % gold recovered from 4~5g/t of gold ores was achieved because more than 2 g/t gold was still maintained in residues, especially for the semi-oxidative ores and Cu, As, Sb-bearing gold ores. It is obvious that the HLP is not only for uneconomic, but also for serious waste to such previous mineral resources from the refractory low-grade gold ores. The Carbon-In-Pulp Process (CIP) was strongly recommended in this paper after comparison of the costs and the benefits between HLP and CIP in Baxi Gold Mine in Sichuan Province because the similar medium-low-grade mine resources (Au 4~5g/t) in China are numerous.

    After studying the gold metallogenic fluid regime of the Shuijingtun gold deposit by geological fluid structure analysis and gama spectral survey, the deep prospecting direction has been proposed. Furthermore, by applying the shallow seismic exploration, combined geochemical exploration (primary halo, soil halo and partial extraction), the deep prospecting targets have been delineated and the accordant result between geophysical and geochemical anomalies has been achieved, which supplies reliable evidence for drilling work.

    Having studied Qixia City Panma Gold Mine Majiayao Gold Mine No.1 vein, the shape and attitude variance law, we think that it is made up of a north-west main fault vein and two branched fault veins. They have been formed on the up faulted rock and the down faulted rock of the main fault vein. According to the mineral exploration engineering result: we have succeeded in forecasting shape, quantity and quality and obtained a huge economic and society benef it. According to the result, having found that formed branch fault vein on the up faulted rock of the main fault vein, it is very important to find unknown fault veins, which will make mineral exploration in gold mine with little resources very profitable.

    With the foundation of 13 years Gaocun mine- bed has been exploited to level -230 m below the sea-level and the production exploration has reached level 0 m. With the deepening exploration we got various geology materials. Following with the upgrade of the reserves, the structure changes of mine body and the regular reserves must be further clarified. This context integrated the practical geology materials. Contrast and analyze the materials of the thickness of the mine body, the grade and the reserves of the Gaocun No.11 mine body. From it we found problems and soug ht regulat ions, and the exeriences will benefit the later prospecting work.

    Dazhuangzi Gold Mine has carried out some experimental research on a mining method since it's underground production began. The production practice for years shows that the tested mining method is suitable for the mine condition and good economical result has been achieved.

    Many mutual-independent hollow areas came into being between Gaocun & Yunxi siol since Hetai Gold Mine applied the newly method of homologous framework structure to dispose the hollow areas. But in 2000, three of the hollow areas interstratifications & artificial roofs collapsed conterminous. These caused the brooke shale falling, & increased the ore depletion. This article analyzed reasons & experiences both in theory & practice.

    According to the principle of”simultaneous equilibrium”and ”mass equilibrium”, the extracting system of gold in it's ore with bromine has been thermodynamically analyzed. The diagrams of E-pH have been drawn and discussed. From the diagrams of E-pH it has been suggested that the influences of the concent rations of gold ions, bromineion and temperature to the equilibrium potentials. With the gold extracting, the concentration of gold ions will be increasing, the equilibrium potentials will be enhanced, and the hydrolyzed pH of the gold ions and the stabilization region of the solution will be decreasing. On the contrary, if the concent ration of bromine in the extracting solution is increased, the equilibrium potentials will be depressed, and the hydrolyzed pH of the gold ions and the stabilization region of the solution will be increasing. In the same way, if the temperature of the solution is increased, the stabilization region of the solution will be increasing. So the increase of the concentration of bromine and the temperature is propitious to the gold extraction.

    The exploitation will soon deepen to the deep level after ten years-mining of Gaocun silo, the former ventilation system couldn't fulfill the requirement of nowadays-mining. According to the future mining probability & requirement, we checked the former vent ilat ion system & renovated it further & also put forward the technique project for the middle & deep level of Gaocun silo relied on the discussion.
