    The relationship among deep-seated fluid movements,diagenesis and mineralization in the crust and the mantle is paid more attention to than whenever else in the past.The fluid has played a principal role during all kinds of geological process.This paper mainly reviews the formation,distribution and evolution of deep-seated,the function of fluid during geological process.Connected to the mineralization and metallogeny in Xinjiang,it is suggested that fluid study not only proclaims various geological process of the crust and even the deep part of the earth,but also systematically explains the relationship between formation and evolution of fluid and mineralization.

    Basing on discussing the principle of Thallium geochemical anomaly,we analyze the studied current situation of using Thallium method to prospect ore and Thallium soil sample of the known ore body and periphery of Lushan gold Mine,propse the new netallogenic prospecting target areas by Thallium anomaly.

    The Daping gold deposit,Yunnan,is dominantly hosted by diorite.From the distal wallrock to the vein,alteration zonings of autometamorphic diorite,choritization and carbonatization form.The later two zones are closely related to g old mineralization,gradually changing with different  width.SiO2,Al2O3,Na2O,FeO,Fe2O3,MnO,CaO,MgO,H2O+,Li,W,Ta,Zr,V,Sc,Sn,Mo,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Pb,Au and LREE decrease in chloritization zone; in contrast,K2O,P2O5,Ba,HREE (including Y),Ag and Zn increase. In the carbonat izat ion prosess,SiO2,Al2O3,Na2O,K2O,Ba,HREE(including Y),Mo,Sn,Pb,Zn and Ag are taken out;FeO,Fe2O3,MnO,CaO,MgO,H2O+,P2O5,Li,Ta,Zr,V,Sc,Cr,Co,Ni,Au and LREE are taken in;W and Cu are basically unchanged.δ14C,(87Sr/86Sr),∈Nd (0) and fSm/Nd of the ferro dolmite of the ore vein are separately -4.81‰ which is near to the value of deep carbon,0.709019±72,-17.34 and -0.34,indicating a derivation of crust.Thestronger the rock is altered,the bigger the δ18O of the rock is,by that means the altering hy drothermal fluid is not meteoric,The value range of δ32S of sulfides (including pyrite,galena,chalcopyrite and blende) is between -4.0 to -11.1‰ the Σ34S of the hydrothermal fluid increases from early mineralization stage to late stage.

    Factors affecting the fineness of gold minerals,relate mainly to such elements of gold deposits as:forming temperature,mineralog eneticphase,formation depth, thermal metamorphic grade,Na+ concentration,pH value,Eh value in the mineralogenetic solution,quantity of enclosing rocks information,density of gold minerals,degree of deflation,etc.

    The technique,low-grade gold ore treated by the heap leaching,is becoming mature day by day in developed-countries and regions.The researches and applications for the heap leaching technique of low-grade gold ore in China have achieved remarkable progress.The author consides that the heap leaching technque in respect to heap leaching and heating in low temperature region and to permeability of gold ore with highter powdery are and clay mineral in China should be quickly researched so as to develop Chinese gold industry and to protect gold ore resources.
