In order to conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the National Intellectual Property Protection Law and safeguard the interests of both author and Journal editorial office, all the authors of the above-mentioned papers have reached the following agreement on the transfer of copyright in papers after consultation with the editorial office:

1. All the authors of the paper voluntarily transfer the copyright of the above-mentioned papers (various language versions) to the editorial office of Gold Science and Technology for free worldwide, including the right to copy the papers (print and electronic versions), distribution rights, network communication rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and publishing rights in various media. All rights, and agreed to include various language versions of the paper in domestic and foreign literature databases.

2. The author ensures that the paper is original research results obtained by all the authors independently. The content of the paper is not plagiarism, and does not involve other copyright-related infringement issues. Ask if infringement or disclosure occurs, all responsibility should be borne by the author of the paper.

3. The author of the paper warrants that the paper has not been published in any form in any language at home or abroad. The theory of no more than one draft. If the editorial office finds that the author of a paper has submitted more than one draft of the paper, the editorial office has the right to recover the loss caused by the author of the paper to the editorial office.

4. The author of the paper guarantees that the paper does not involve any confidentiality issues, and the paper has been confidentiality review by the first author’s first agency confidentiality management department, allows this paper to be published publicly.

5. The author warrants that the authorship of the paper is undisputed. In case of disputes over the right of authorship, all responsibilities shall be borne by the author of the paper.

6. All the authors are the creators of this paper, and they are responsible for the correctness, authenticity and reliability of the contents of the contributions. The papers which refer to the statements, data and results of the author or others should be clearly annotated or listed the corresponding references.

7. The author of the paper shall not license others to use the transfer right assigned in article 1 of this agreement in any form, but the author may quote (or translate) parts of the paper in his subsequent works or compile it in the author’s non-periodical collection. The author has the right to copy the paper in study, research, lecture or teaching.

8. The editorial office will issue the paper acceptance certificate to the author after the final approval of the editorial board. If the author receives a rejection notice, this confirmation automatically terminates when the author receives such notice. If the author does not receive the handling opinion of the editorial office on the paper within 3 months, by the editorial office statement can deal with the paper separately, this confirmation automatically terminates.

9. Before the paper is published in Gold Science and Technology (in whatever form) for the first time, the editorial office will charge the paper author a one-time layout fee according to the editorial office charge standard. If the editorial office republishes the paper in any other format, no space fee will be charged.

10. After the paper is published in Gold Science and Technology (in whatever form) for the first time, the editorial office will pay the author of the paper one-time remuneration according to the office fee standard, and give some samples and abstract copies as a gift. If the editorial office publishes the paper in another form, the author will not be paid.

11. This Confirmation shall come into effect from the date of signature and the validity period is the same as the validity period of copyright protection of this paper.

12. For other matters not covered, if any dispute arises, both parties shall settle the dispute through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.

13. Commitment that the matters decided to be transferred in this confirmation have been agreed upon by all authors and signed on behalf of one of the authors.

14. The editorial office of Gold Science and Technology reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
