Study on the Mechanical Properties of the Phosphogypsum Paste Filling Material

Abstract

 Taking the paste filling project of Guizhou Kailin Group as the project backgrourd,the phosphogypsum paste backfill as the main object,the strength characteristic test of Phosphorus gypsum filling paste was conducted by using laboratory testing and theoretical analysis.The study determinated the compressive strength and tensile strength of the test cube in different dosage of phosphorus slag,additives and paste concentration in different ages (7,14,28 d),analysis shows that the obtained specimen compressive strength increases with phosphorus slag content increases;paste filling body strength increases with the concentration and enhance the quality of the paste.The constitutive model of the phosphogypsum paste-backfill was established by using FLAC3D,and the numerical verification show that the paste filling deformation characteristics was  in line with Moore-Coulomb numerical model.
