Application of Flash Flotation in a Certain Gold Mine Concentrator in Gansu Province

Compared with common flotation,the productivity of flash flotation is better,which will improve metal recovery rate of metal with large specific gravity and nonferrous metallic ores with uneven dissemination size,reduce the mineral overgrinding and improve flotation rate with less flotation reagents.Flash flotation is used to remake flotation progress in a gold concentrator in Gansu Province to reduce metal loss caused by mineral overgrinding and mineral changing.This new progress raises daily mining capacity by 120 t,raises ore recovery rate by 4.61%,technical index and economic benefit is also improved,and it gives references for other similar concentrators.
