Oredraw Scheme Optimization of Block Caving Based on Ore Resource Value Model Under 3D Platform

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to take oredraw scheme optimization scientifically and reasonably.A new optimization method of oredraw design scheme under 3D platform was proposed based on resource value model.Mine geological model and engineering model were established  and oredraw level was determined under 3D platform according to original data of mine,and then drawpoints were assigned on the oredraw level automatically.Geological block model and draw slice model were established to obtain drawpoints grade distribution with geostatistics method based on previous study of flow law of ore and rock.Oredraw resource value model which contains basic parameters of market price,mine cost and mining dilution and loss index was established to calculate value and benefit of every draw slice,and then to calculate best draw height,cut-off grade and tonnage of every drawpoint under different technical and economic conditions,so as to determine the optimized oredraw scheme,which ensures the maximization of economic benefits and the maximization recovery rate of resources of mine.The method was implemented using VC++ programming language and hoops visualization tool box.The whole process was carried out in 3D visualization environments.Mine practical examples show that the proposed method is of excellent operability and reliability.
