Because the grinding ball is big and operating parameters are not reasonable in the the sulfur gold ore dressing plant of Qinghai Province, grinding efficiency is low in milling-classification operation system, the capacity is smaller and grinding fineness is bad.Based on the previous test in the laboratory and the calculation of the half-theory formula, the ball and ratio are determined. The JKsimMet soft is taken to simulate industrial test process to find the best operating parameters in milling-classification operation system and make industrial test.Good practice dictates that the JKsimMet soft can simulate the milling-classification operation and get a better result that provide a guidance for industrial experiment, the conclusions are obtain that the capacity of primary grinding increases by 6.5 t/h,metal consumption reduces by 14.29%,grinding fineness adds by 27.9%,P80 drops by 60.91%.The fineness grinding of the secondary raises by 31.3%.P80 cuts down 13.31%.The grinding efficiency is improved and the capacity is increased.Milling-classification operation system is better.
