In the process of GPS control survey, there were various factors of the comprehensive interference, which caused that the GPS satellite receiver received the abated signal, and together with all kinds of noise. In this study,we designed a new quantum genetic algorithm based on mathematical morphology characteristics of element parameters initialization quantum genetic populations.Through quantum crossover, mutation, and based on the expansion coefficient of quantum rotation gate realize the population evolution process,we dealed with the noise of the satellite signal, and lowed residual error of the baseline, therefore, calculating precision of baseline was improved. On the basic of data collected by GPS at the Yangshan gold mine in Gansu Province, and using three methods to deal with the noise of satellite signal, after comparation we found that the noise signal of signal-to-noise ratio was improved from -0.92 dB to 5.11 dB with the new genetic algorithm.
