Research on Bacterial Continuous Preoxidation-cyaniding Pilot Process for Low Au/S Ratio Refractory Gold Concentrates Ores

The continuous prebiooxidation-cyaniding pilot experiments were carried out based on the previous experimental studies for pretreatment of a low Au/S ratio refractory gold concentrates, impact of process technology parameters for subsequent cyanide leaching rate also was studied.The results show that the oxidation ratio of sulfide is 81.44% and the gold extraction in the cyanidation can reach 93% after 7 days when the pulp density is 15%,with agitation speed of 50 rpm,temperature of 45 ℃and the dissolved oxygen of 2 mg/L.
