Abstract:

The auriferous iron ores belong to metamorphism deposit iron ores, with major metallic minerals of hematite and magnetite inside, and gold grade of 1.09×10-6.The mesh size of gold mineral is very fine and embed in hematite, bringing more difficulty for mineral separation of gold and iron ores.In order to composite recovering the gold and iron minerals, the unite test circuit of ore dressing technology have been used,a good technique target of ore dressing have obtained, with gold concentrate contained gold grade of 53.37×10-6,recovery rate of 60.47% for gold;and iron concentrate contained iron grade of 64.41%,recovery rate of 75.51% for iron, productivity rate of 62.06%.The finer grinding for ore is very important for recovery of gold and weaker-magnetic iron-minerals.Milling and concentrate by stage are good methods for reducing cost of grinding.

Key words: Auriferrous iron ores, Unite-flow with magnetism and flotation, Finer-grinding, Magnetic concentration by medium-high magnetic field
