Study and Application of Chemical Grouting in Sanshandao Gold Mine

Abstract:

Sanshandao gold deposit is a submarine and littoral underground mine,which has abundant water in bedrock fissure and complicated hydrogeology condition.In the mine tunnel,the inflow of water is large and has corrosive,and the operating environment has high temperature and humidity.In recent years,based on the research of equipment selection of chemical grouting and construction technique test of grouting,some measures,such as using ZBQS pneumatic dual liquid grouting pump to perfuse HK9101 material,are groped for successfully treating the high temperature,humidity,halogen and flow in tunnel gushing water.On this basis,we obtained better economic benefit.This has some disquisitive and generalized value for the treatment of gushing water in deep tunnel exploitation.
