Geological Features and M etallogenic Condition of Zhamashixigou Gold-copper Deposit in Qinghai Province

Abstract:

Through discussing the geological background of Au—Cu deposit at Zhamashixigou,and summarizing its basic geological features,we hold that the intermediate—acid volcanic rocks at Ordovician in this area is the bearing lithology,it also controls the formation of the ore-body.From the project to expose,the partial formation of a clear snuf color limonite alteration zone is in favor of the formation of gold.mostly along Xigou Ordovician volcanic rock distribution,with the conditions of forming the structure of strata,to find great potential for mining.
