Application of Evidence Weight Model in Copper and Gold M etallogenic Prediction of Northeastern Jiangxi Province

Abstract:

On the base of summarizing and analy ng the ore-forming reaulanty of copper and gold deposits in the ore-centralizetion area of northeastem Jiangxi province,this research selects twelves kinds of ore-controlling evidence,such as structure,magmatie rock,remote sensing,Au、Ag、Cu element streanl sediment anomaly,adopts weights of evidence method created by Agterberg F P to predicate ore-forming anomalies and evaluate copper and gold mineral n 0un es of the northeastem Jiangxi province.The quantitafive prediction and evaluation of n~neral resources in this area achieved by using the softwal~of MAPGIS and MRAS.According to the value of posterior probability,the Cu、Au metallogenic prospecting area are classified into three grades.Seven ore potential area are delineated in the ore—centmlization area through this study,especially Wancun—Zhangiia、Huaiyushan—Lingshan、Hefeng-Huangshan three prospecting areas will be the focus of next prospecting.
