Gold Element Fractal Character istics and Geological Sign if icance of Dayin’gezhuang Gold Deposit

Abstract:

Gold grade data ofDayin’gezhuang gold deposit are analyzed by content2grossmethod to imp ly relationship between fractal characteristics and gold mineralization. Total gold grade can be divided into four distributions, each of which may correspond to one mineralization event. The fractal characteristics p rovides p roof to multistage mineralization and the superpose mineralization of the ore deposit. The content2gross gold fractal dimension of differentmineralization intensity lithologies zone corresponds to theirmineralization intensity. It show that fractal dimension value can indicate the goldmineralization intensity. Contourmap made by gold concentration fractal dimensions of drills shows some regularity which imp lies that there are still ore bodies in dep th of the ore deposit, and the ore bodies p itch NE
