Characteristics and Research Status of Iron—oxide—Cu—Au Deposit in China

Abstract:

The iron—oxide—Cu—Au deposit has become the important investigation target in many countries in recenttwenty years.In China,the Baiyunebo REE—iron ore deposit,located in the joint belt between north edge of Huabei platform and Daxinganling fold system of Inner Mongolia.Lala Cu—Au—U—REE deposit.1ocated in middle part of Kangdian Earth S axis,and convergence part between EW—strike Jingshajiang folded belt and SN structure of Sichuan and Yunnan,are the putatived iron—oxide deposit.The Hadamengou gold deposit,had same structural background with Baiyunebo deposit,with Kalkali—rich and strong oxidize mineralizing fluid,and iron oxide—rich in ore structure has been seen as the characteristics of iron oxide type gold deposit.The three deposits have their own characteristics conparing with the typical iron—oxide deposit of abroad.We should pay more attention to integrate investigation of such type deposit,and find more such kind deposit in China.
