Abstract:
Information Resource Planning (IRP) is the basic project in the enterprise information. Through erecting basic criterion of Information Resource Management in the process of strategic data planning, IRP is the way which can solve the problem of information integration and application system reengineering. There are some discussion about Zhaojin Mining's IRP in this paper, which take HR sub-system for example．
